【摘要】：本文以柯布-道格拉斯生產(chǎn)函數(shù)模型為理論基礎(chǔ),從省域?qū)用鏄?gòu)建了旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)增長模型。并運(yùn)用空間杜賓模型實(shí)證考察了資本和勞動力對省域旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響,實(shí)證結(jié)果顯示:資本和勞動力投入對旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的估計(jì)系數(shù)均顯著為正,但資本對旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn)大于勞動力,表明我國省域旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)增長依然依靠投資驅(qū)動;鄰近省份旅游固定資產(chǎn)投資對旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)增長空間溢出效應(yīng)為正,但不顯著,省域間旅游投資亟需避免同質(zhì)化競爭;鄰近省份旅游勞動力投入對旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)增長空間溢出效應(yīng)為負(fù),雖然不顯著,但需謹(jǐn)防旅游勞動力區(qū)域間流動速度過快。促進(jìn)旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展,須從加強(qiáng)區(qū)域旅游協(xié)同發(fā)展、積極擴(kuò)大旅游投資、加強(qiáng)旅游人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)三方面著力。
[Abstract]:Based on the Cobb-Douglas production function model, this paper constructs the tourism economic growth model from the provincial level. The effect of capital and labor force on tourism economic growth is investigated by using spatial Doberbin model. The empirical results show that the estimated coefficients of capital and labor input to tourism economic growth are significantly positive. However, the contribution of capital to the growth of tourism economy is greater than that of labor force, which indicates that the growth of tourism economy in our province is still driven by investment, and the spatial spillover effect of tourism fixed assets investment on tourism economic growth in neighboring provinces is positive, but not significant. Tourism investment among provinces needs to avoid homogenous competition. The spatial spillover effect of tourism labor investment on tourism economic growth in neighboring provinces is negative, although it is not significant, it is necessary to guard against the excessive speed of regional migration of tourism labor. To promote the healthy and sustainable development of tourism economy, it is necessary to strengthen the coordinated development of regional tourism, actively expand tourism investment and strengthen the construction of tourism talents.
