【摘要】：黨的十八大提出的“五位一體”總布局,既是對(duì)我國(guó)旅游業(yè)的新需求,也是旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的新機(jī)遇。旅游地實(shí)現(xiàn)復(fù)合系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,正是貫徹落實(shí)這一戰(zhàn)略布局從而抓住這一機(jī)遇的重要舉措,也是我國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)從“旅游大國(guó)”轉(zhuǎn)向“旅游強(qiáng)國(guó)”的必然要求。文章以“五位一體”的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與系統(tǒng)思想為基礎(chǔ),首先對(duì)旅游地復(fù)合系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了理論分析,構(gòu)建了基于“五位一體”的旅游地復(fù)合系統(tǒng)模型,然后研究設(shè)計(jì)了旅游地復(fù)合系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)方法與模型,并以此為基礎(chǔ),以河南省焦作市作為研究對(duì)象,展開(kāi)了實(shí)證研究,并提出了政策與建議。文章認(rèn)為,旅游地復(fù)合系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,不單單是旅游者、旅游景點(diǎn)和旅游設(shè)施等構(gòu)成要素或單獨(dú)某個(gè)系統(tǒng)的突出發(fā)展,而是某旅游地以旅游活動(dòng)為中心的,旅游子系統(tǒng)為樞紐與旅游地經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)、生態(tài)系統(tǒng)、政治系統(tǒng)、文化系統(tǒng)和社會(huì)系統(tǒng)間的相互作用、相互協(xié)調(diào)的協(xié)同發(fā)展。實(shí)現(xiàn)旅游地復(fù)合系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,要對(duì)其協(xié)調(diào)性進(jìn)行分析與評(píng)價(jià),強(qiáng)調(diào)各子系統(tǒng)在復(fù)合系統(tǒng)的職能,意識(shí)到協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的重要性,重視生態(tài)環(huán)境,制定相關(guān)管理體系;優(yōu)化旅游地的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),加強(qiáng)其基礎(chǔ)建設(shè),促進(jìn)旅游業(yè)與文化業(yè)的融合等,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)旅游地復(fù)合系統(tǒng)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The total layout of "five in one" put forward by the 18th CPC National Congress is not only a new demand for tourism in China, but also a new opportunity for the development of tourism.The coordinated development of tourism destination complex system is not only an important measure to implement this strategic layout and seize this opportunity, but also an inevitable requirement for our country to realize the transition from "big tourism country" to "strong tourism country".Based on the development strategy and system thought of "five in one", this paper first analyzes the tourism destination compound system theoretically, and constructs the tourism destination compound system model based on "five in one".Then, the evaluation method and model of coordinated development of tourism destination complex system are designed, and based on this, taking Jiaozuo City in Henan Province as the research object, the empirical study is carried out, and the policies and suggestions are put forward.The paper holds that the coordinated development of the tourism destination complex system is not only the outstanding development of the tourist, tourist attractions and tourist facilities or a single system, but also the tourism activity as the center of a tourist destination.The tourism subsystem is the coordinated development between the hub and the economic system, the ecosystem, the political system, the cultural system and the social system of the tourist destination.In order to realize the coordinated development of tourism destination complex system, we should analyze and evaluate its coordination, emphasize the function of each subsystem in the compound system, realize the importance of coordinated development, attach importance to the ecological environment, and formulate the related management system.Finally, the sustainable development of tourism destination compound system can be realized by optimizing the industrial structure of tourist destination, strengthening its basic construction, and promoting the integration of tourism and culture.
