【摘要】：基于Krugman"地理本性論"原理,構建了包含旅游資源稟賦、旅游區(qū)位與市場、商業(yè)基礎條件、旅游政策四大要素的區(qū)域旅游投資潛力評價指標體系。在地理信息系統(tǒng)和地理計算模型支持下,分析了主要指標間的機理關系,計算了全國地級及以上行政區(qū)的觀光、休閑和綜合旅游投資潛力指數。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)觀光和休閑投資潛力空間分布形態(tài)有明顯差異。前者呈現(xiàn)相對破碎化、離散化的態(tài)勢,而后者呈現(xiàn)更為明顯的地域規(guī)律性,原因是優(yōu)質觀光景觀的發(fā)育具有較大隨機性,而休閑旅游受自然資源稟賦影響較大,在空間上具有較強連續(xù)性和自相關性。(2)旅游投資潛力空間分異顯著。東部、中部、西部、東北逐次遞減,五大城市群旅游投資潛力明顯高于其他區(qū)域,且大部分城市群休閑投資潛力高于觀光,預示著旅游產業(yè)發(fā)達地區(qū)的旅游活動正由觀光轉型為休閑。
[Abstract]:Based on the principle of "geographical nature theory" of Krugman, the evaluation index system of regional tourism investment potential including tourism resource endowment, tourism area location and market, commercial basic condition and tourism policy is constructed.Supported by geographic information system (GIS) and geographical calculation model, the mechanism relationship among main indexes is analyzed, and the investment potential index of tourism, leisure and comprehensive tourism in the administrative regions at or above prefectural level is calculated.It is found that the spatial distribution of tourism and leisure investment potential is obviously different.The former presents a trend of relative fragmentation and discretization, while the latter presents more obvious regional regularity, the reason being that the development of high-quality sightseeing landscape is relatively random, while leisure tourism is greatly influenced by natural resource endowment.There is strong continuity and autocorrelation in space. 2) the spatial differentiation of tourism investment potential is significant.The tourism investment potential of the five urban agglomerations is obviously higher than that of other regions, and the leisure investment potential of most urban agglomerations is higher than that of tourism.It indicates that tourism activities in developed areas of tourism industry are changing from sightseeing to leisure.
