【摘要】：荒野區(qū)域是瀕臨滅絕動植物的棲息地,是自然變化的歷史記錄者,是人類與自然的契合點(diǎn)。本文從時間和事件兩個維度出發(fā),梳理荒野思想的發(fā)展進(jìn)程和美國國家公園的荒野管理,以園內(nèi)土地94%是荒野的美國約瑟米蒂國家公園為例,剖析約瑟米蒂荒野管理的兩大重要因素:公園管理和游客參與。國家公園管理局的介入與支持,實(shí)現(xiàn)了約瑟米蒂荒野的商業(yè)服務(wù)、設(shè)備使用、游徑設(shè)置和承載力監(jiān)管;游客參與包括國家公園荒野管理計劃制定、遵守荒野管理規(guī)定和支持荒野管理創(chuàng)新等。事實(shí)證明,美國國家公園管理局參與荒地管理,既保護(hù)了荒野,又滿足了游客的游憩和教育,其模式值得研究、借鑒與推廣。
[Abstract]:Wilderness region is the habitat of endangered animals and plants, the historical recorder of natural changes and the point of convergence between human beings and nature.Starting from the two dimensions of time and event, this paper combs the development process of wilderness thought and the wilderness management of American National Park, taking the United States Joseph Mitty National Park, where 94% of the land in the park is wilderness, as an example.This paper analyzes two important factors in the management of Josemite wilderness: park management and tourist participation.The involvement and support of the National Park Service has enabled the commercial services, equipment use, path setting and carrying capacity supervision of the Josemite Wilderness, and the participation of tourists in the development of the National Park Wilderness Management Plan,Comply with Wilderness Management regulations and support Wilderness Management Innovation.It is proved that the participation of the National Park Service in the management of wasteland not only protects the wilderness, but also satisfies the recreation and education of tourists, and its model is worth studying, using for reference and popularizing.
