【摘要】：隨著旅游市場的進一步細分,特色的主題旅游越來越受人們的喜愛與追捧。親子體育旅游,以高互動性和體驗性的活動特征,融入親情元素,同時借著各大親子綜藝節(jié)目的熱播浪潮和體育旅游蓬勃發(fā)展的東風,逐漸走入人們的眼簾。但是目前親子體育旅游仍處于探索開發(fā)階段,游客體驗程度不強,活動缺乏創(chuàng)新性。本研究以崇明島親子體育旅游體驗為研究對象,運用ASEB柵格分析法,采用實地調(diào)查法、文獻資料法、問卷調(diào)查法,同時使用SPSS進行數(shù)理分析,就其活動、環(huán)境、體驗、利益四個方面進行探討,研究表明:在活動方面,優(yōu)勢有豐富的活動內(nèi)容和合理價格;劣勢有活動宣傳不足及特色項目上表現(xiàn)不夠;機遇是當?shù)卣畬w育旅游的支持;威脅是競爭對手與公共交通便利性帶來的過夜人口的減少。在環(huán)境方面,優(yōu)勢包括生態(tài)、交通和區(qū)位優(yōu)勢;劣勢是飲食環(huán)境一般,島內(nèi)公共交通不足;機遇為崇明島旅游環(huán)境政策支持;威脅是體驗環(huán)境的不足。在體驗方面,優(yōu)勢為多重旅游體驗;劣勢是旅游淡旺季明顯,同時缺乏海岸線項目;機遇是親子教育快速發(fā)展,家庭教育備受重視;威脅是活動體驗水平低,缺乏刺激性。在利益方面,優(yōu)勢是崇明島親子體育旅游活動營造的不同利益體驗;劣勢是缺乏高端精致的旅游紀念品和后期管控較弱;游客整體知識水平的提高是利益方面的機遇;威脅是體驗真是性高低帶來的利益威脅。根據(jù)崇明島親子體育旅游體驗AESB柵格分析矩陣,提出相應(yīng)的提升策略。首先是提升的原則:確定明確的崇明島親子體育旅游體驗主題、轉(zhuǎn)變服務(wù)意識,增強體驗感知。其次是崇明島親子體育旅游體驗的提升策略,包括了:設(shè)計主題突出的體驗活動,同時營造氛圍環(huán)保的體驗環(huán)境,升華內(nèi)涵豐富的個人體驗感受,增加多樣快樂的體驗利益。針對顧客的不同需求,實施定制化服務(wù)。崇明島親子體育旅游活動可以依托崇明島優(yōu)美的自然生態(tài)環(huán)境,以營造環(huán)保的體驗氛圍為切入點,增強家庭成員間的互動,制造高體驗的環(huán)境氛圍,同時在活動中間和結(jié)束部分,加入驚喜和紀念品環(huán)節(jié),將體驗熱潮推向推高點,增加多元歡快的體驗利益。
[Abstract]:With the further segmentation of the tourism market, the theme tourism is more and more popular.Parent-child sports tourism, with the characteristics of highly interactive and experiential activities, integrates the family elements, at the same time, through the popular wave of parent-child variety shows and the booming development of sports tourism, it gradually enters the eyes of people.But at present, parent-child sports tourism is still in the stage of exploration and development, the level of tourist experience is not strong, and the activities are lack of innovation.This research takes the parent-child sports tourism experience of Chongming Island as the research object, uses ASEB grid analysis method, adopts the field investigation method, the literature method, the questionnaire survey method, simultaneously uses the SPSS to carry on the mathematical analysis, according to its activity, the environment, the experience,Four aspects of interest are discussed, the study shows that: in the activities, the advantages have rich activities content and reasonable price; the disadvantages include the insufficient publicity of the activities and the performance of the characteristic projects; the opportunities are the support of the local government to the sports tourism;The threat is a reduction in overnight population caused by competitors and public transport convenience.In the environmental aspect, the advantages include ecological, transportation and location advantages; the disadvantages are the general diet environment, the insufficient public transport in the island, the opportunity for Chongming Island tourism environment policy support; the threat is the lack of the experience environment.In the aspect of experience, the advantage is multiple tourism experience; the disadvantage is that the weak season of tourism is obvious, and the lack of shoreline project; the opportunity is the rapid development of parent-child education, family education is attached importance to; the threat is the low level of activity experience, lack of stimulation.In the interest aspect, the advantage is the different benefit experience created by the parent-child sports tourism activities in Chongming Island, the disadvantage is the lack of high-end and delicate tourist souvenirs and the weak control in the later period, the improvement of the tourists' overall knowledge level is the opportunity in the interest aspect;A threat is a threat to the benefits of experience.According to the AESB grid analysis matrix of parent-child sports tourism experience in Chongming Island, the corresponding promotion strategies are put forward.The first is the principle of promotion: to determine the clear theme of Chongming Island parent-child sports tourism experience, to change service consciousness, and to enhance experience perception.The second is the promotion strategy of Chongming Island parent-child sports tourism experience, including: design the prominent theme of the experience activities, at the same time create an atmosphere of environmental protection experience environment, sublimation of rich personal experience experience, increase a variety of happy experience benefits.According to the different needs of customers, the implementation of customized services.The sports tourism activities of parents and children in Chongming Island can rely on the beautiful natural ecological environment of Chongming Island to create an environmental protection experience atmosphere as the starting point to enhance the interaction between family members and create a high-experience environment atmosphere.At the same time, in the middle and the end of the activities, we add surprise and souvenirs to push the experience upsurge to the high point and increase the multi-happy experience benefits.
