【摘要】：利用DEA分析方法,測度了成渝經濟區(qū)2010—2015年的旅游發(fā)展效率;通過Malmquist指數分析全要素生產率變動,建立面板模型驗證了旅游發(fā)展效率的影響因素及其作用強度。研究表明:成渝經濟區(qū)綜合效率總體呈現出波動中曲折上升的發(fā)展趨勢,純技術效率下降,主要依靠規(guī)模效率提升;2012年綜合效率呈負增長,短時間內大量資源和技術的涌入沒有得到有效利用;旅游發(fā)展全要素生產率增長率得益于技術進步、規(guī)模效率的整體提高;經濟發(fā)展水平、政府對旅游經濟的干預程度、產業(yè)結構、交通便利程度、城市化水平對旅游發(fā)展效率均有積極影響。根據實證結果提出發(fā)揮政府旅游調控職能、優(yōu)化旅游產業(yè)結構、完善旅游交通體系、優(yōu)化資源投放結構、提高經濟發(fā)展水平、刺激旅游消費需求等建議。
[Abstract]:The paper measures the tourism development efficiency of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone from 2010 to 2015 by using DEA analysis method, and establishes panel model to verify the influencing factors and the action intensity of tourism development efficiency through Malmquist index analysis of total factor productivity change.The research shows that the overall comprehensive efficiency of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone shows a trend of ups and downs in fluctuation, the pure technical efficiency decreases, and mainly depends on the scale efficiency, and the overall efficiency of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone shows negative growth in 2012.The influx of a large number of resources and technologies has not been effectively utilized in a short period of time; the growth rate of total factor productivity in tourism development has benefited from technological progress, the overall improvement of scale efficiency, the level of economic development, and the degree of government intervention in the tourism economy.The industrial structure, the convenient degree of transportation and the level of urbanization have positive effects on the efficiency of tourism development.According to the empirical results, some suggestions are put forward, such as giving full play to the government's function of tourism regulation and control, optimizing the structure of tourism industry, perfecting the system of tourism transportation, optimizing the structure of resource investment, raising the level of economic development, stimulating the demand of tourism consumption, etc.
