【摘要】:隨著中國經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)穩(wěn)定的快速發(fā)展,人民收入水平不斷增長,生活質(zhì)量穩(wěn)步提高,越來越多的人開始出境旅游,截止2015年底,中國出境旅游人數(shù)達1.17億人次,同比增長9.8%,中國出境旅游消費達1045億美元,同比增長16.6%,人均消費893美元(約合6000元人民幣)。當(dāng)前,中國已經(jīng)被公認(rèn)為世界上最大的旅游輸出國,中國出境旅游者已經(jīng)成為旅游市場主要的生力軍,中國出境旅游消費也成為各熱門旅游景點主要的收入來源,并且中國出境旅游消費將會在很長一段時內(nèi)呈現(xiàn)出穩(wěn)定增長的趨勢。為了應(yīng)對這一增長的趨勢、滿足旅游者不斷增長的需求,各旅游市場開始不斷地加強自身建設(shè),開始重視旅游者的消費行為。泰國作為東南亞重要的旅游市場,越來越多的中國的出境旅游者選擇前往。為了更好地吸引中國旅游者,滿足廣大旅游消費者的需求,更好地服務(wù)于旅游消費者,越來越多的企業(yè)還是重視旅游景區(qū)的建設(shè),越來越的學(xué)術(shù)界開始研究入境旅游消費者的行為心理。基于此,作為泰國在華的留學(xué)生,本人以泰國的帕瓦水上市場為例,研究中國旅游者在泰國的旅游行為。通過實地調(diào)查,本人認(rèn)為大多數(shù)接受入境的中國旅游者對泰國安帕瓦水上市場的總體情況表示滿意,但是還是存在一些問題,亟需解決。為了提升增加泰國安帕瓦水上市場的競爭實力及旅游客服務(wù)滿意度,本文研究中國旅游者在泰國安帕瓦水上市場旅游行為。本文主要針對中國旅游者在泰國安帕瓦方水上市場(Amphawa Floating Mar-ket)的旅游行為,以此為目標(biāo),應(yīng)用市場營銷相關(guān)理論,運用實地考察的實證研究方法,結(jié)合中國旅游者在泰國安帕瓦方水上市場的消費行為特征、泰國安帕瓦方水上市場(Amphawa Floating Market)的運行現(xiàn)狀,運用SPSS21.0軟件分析中國旅游者在泰國安帕瓦水上市場(Amphawa Floating Market)旅游行為-滿意度。最終,根據(jù)本研究的分析結(jié)果,筆者提出相應(yīng)的改進措施和建議,希望能夠促進泰國旅游業(yè)更好地發(fā)展,更好地滿足中國旅游者的需求。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of sustained and stable China economy, people's increasing income levels, the quality of life has improved steadily, more and more people began to travel abroad, by the end of 2015, China outbound tourists reached 117 million passengers, an increase of 9.8%, China outbound tourism spending reached $104 billion 500 million, an increase of 16.6%, the per capita consumption of $893 (about 6000 yuan). At present, China has been recognized as the world's largest exporter of tourists, Chinese outbound tourists have become the main force in the tourism market, Chinese outbound tourism consumption has become the popular tourist attractions, the main source of income, and Chinese outbound tourism consumption will be in a very long period of time in showing a steady growth the trend. In response to this growing trend, to meet the growing demands of visitors, the tourism market began to constantly strengthen their own construction, began to pay attention to The consumption behaviors of tourists in Thailand. As an important tourism market in Southeast Asia, more and more China outbound tourists choose to travel. In order to attract tourists China, to meet the travel needs of consumers, to better serve the tourism consumers, more and more enterprises are paying more attention to the construction of scenic spots, more and more academic start of inbound tourism consumer research behavior psychology. Based on this, as Thailand in Chinese students, I to Thailand Paoua water market as an example, the travel behavior of Chinese tourists in Thailand. Through the investigation, I think the most satisfied accept inbound tourists China overall situation of Thailand amphawa water in the market, but there are still some problems need to be solved. In order to enhance the increase of Thailand amphawa water market competition and tourist service satisfaction degree, this paper Study on China tourists in Thailand amphawa water tourism market behavior. This article mainly aims at the China tourist market in Thailand Anpawafang water (Amphawa Floating Mar-ket) of the travel behavior, in order to achieve this goal, the relevant theory of marketing, the use of empirical research methods of field investigation, the consumer behavior in Thailand Anpawafang water market, combining with the characteristics of China tourists, Thailand Anpawafang water market (Amphawa Floating Market) operation status, use SPSS21.0 software to analyze Chinese tourists in Thailand amphawa water market (Amphawa Floating Market) - travel behavior satisfaction. Finally, according to the research results, put forward corresponding improvement measures and recommendations of the author, hoping to promote Thailand tourism the industry better development, better meet the needs of tourists China.
