旅游公共服務(wù)游客認知評價的實證研究——以西安市入境旅游為例

【摘要】:以旅游公共服務(wù)游客認知評價為研究對象,選取熱點入境旅游城市西安市為實證案例,以SPSS21.0對調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)進行探索性因子分析,提取入境游客旅游公共服務(wù)認知評價的四大主成分,提出研究假說并構(gòu)建假設(shè)模型;應(yīng)用AMOS21.0進行模型修正和擬合度檢驗;通過極大似然估計法進行路徑計算,得出旅游公共服務(wù)游客認知評價結(jié)構(gòu)模型分析結(jié)果并進行解讀。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),"交通、信息、安全和通訊"對入境游客旅游公共服務(wù)認知評價影響顯著;"信息—安全—通訊—交通"對旅游公共服務(wù)評價影響程度呈逐次遞減規(guī)律;入境游客對景區(qū)內(nèi)旅游公共服務(wù)認知評價好于城市整體。研究結(jié)果可為完善西安市旅游公共服務(wù),促進其入境旅游發(fā)展提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Taking tourism public service tourist cognition evaluation as the research object, selecting the hot inbound tourist city Xi'an as an empirical case, using SPSS21.0 to carry on the exploratory factor analysis to the survey data. The four main components of tourism public service cognitive evaluation of inbound tourists are extracted, the hypotheses are proposed and the hypothetical model is constructed; the model is modified and the fitting degree is tested by AMOS21.0; the path calculation is carried out by the maximum likelihood estimation method. The results of the analysis of tourism public service tourists' cognitive evaluation structure model are analyzed and interpreted. The study finds, "Traffic, information," "Safety and Communication" has a significant impact on the cognitive evaluation of tourism public services for inbound tourists, "information-safety-communication-traffic" has a decreasing effect on the evaluation of tourism public services. The result of the study can be used as a reference for perfecting tourism public service and promoting the development of inbound tourism in Xi'an.
