【摘要】：本文對民國景德鎮(zhèn)瓷業(yè)公司產(chǎn)生的社會背景，諸瓷業(yè)公司在不同時(shí)期的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行了深入研究。通過選取早期的瓷業(yè)公司如江西瓷業(yè)公司、天佑華瓷業(yè)公司以及晚期的九江光大瓷廠、巢寶珍瓷號等瓷業(yè)公司為例，進(jìn)行個(gè)案分析。深入剖析瓷業(yè)公司由傳統(tǒng)手工業(yè)生產(chǎn)模式逐步轉(zhuǎn)向現(xiàn)代機(jī)械化生產(chǎn)模式，，傳統(tǒng)手工產(chǎn)品轉(zhuǎn)化為現(xiàn)代市場商品，傳統(tǒng)官民窯生產(chǎn)制度轉(zhuǎn)化為現(xiàn)代資本主義靈活聘用的商業(yè)模式的過程。這種新的瓷業(yè)公司模式對中國現(xiàn)代陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)生的影響，以及對中國傳統(tǒng)瓷業(yè)生產(chǎn)模式轉(zhuǎn)向近現(xiàn)代陶瓷生產(chǎn)模式所產(chǎn)生的影響。由此得出，民國瓷業(yè)公司的陶瓷生產(chǎn)是清代官民窯并舉的多層市場滿足模式，向新中國計(jì)劃的陶瓷生產(chǎn)大模式過渡，民國瓷業(yè)公司是在其轉(zhuǎn)變的形態(tài)中起調(diào)節(jié)、轉(zhuǎn)換、塑造、更新的作用。民國瓷業(yè)公司在艱難的局勢下努力拓展市場，表現(xiàn)出來的靈活、開拓及進(jìn)取的精神不僅是民國景德鎮(zhèn)瓷業(yè)公司取得巨大成果的精神動力，也是其未來新中國計(jì)劃的陶瓷生產(chǎn)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)，體現(xiàn)了中華陶瓷文化“工巧材美”的精髓。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the social background of Jingdezhen porcelain Company in the Republic of China and the development of the porcelain Company in different periods are studied in depth. Through the selection of early porcelain companies, such as Jiangxi porcelain Company, For example, Tianyou Hua porcelain Company and the late Jiujiang Guangda porcelain Factory and Chaobaozhen porcelain Co., Ltd., as examples, a case study was carried out. A thorough analysis was made on the transition from the traditional handicraft production mode to the modern mechanized production mode. The process of transforming traditional handmade products into modern market commodities, and the traditional production system of official kilns into the flexible employment business model of modern capitalism, the influence of this new porcelain industry company model on China's modern ceramic industry, And the influence on the transition of the traditional porcelain production mode to the modern ceramic production mode in China. From this, it is concluded that the ceramic production of the Republic of China porcelain Company is a multi-layer market satisfaction model developed simultaneously by the government and the civilian kilns in the Qing Dynasty. In the transition to the large-scale ceramic production model planned by the people's Republic of China, the Republic of China porcelain Company plays the role of adjusting, transforming, shaping and renewing in its changing form. Under the difficult situation, the Republic of China porcelain Company has made great efforts to expand the market, showing its flexibility. The spirit of pioneering and enterprising is not only the spiritual motive force of the great achievements of the Jingdezhen porcelain Industry Company of the Republic of China, but also the foundation of its planned ceramic production and development in the future, which embodies the essence of the Chinese ceramic culture.
