【摘要】：旅游目的地在新型城鎮(zhèn)化的推動下,紛紛提出景城一體化的戰(zhàn)略。景城一體化的實(shí)現(xiàn)需要具備資源、空間、產(chǎn)業(yè)及景觀四個(gè)條件;景城一體化的動力系統(tǒng)包括來自景區(qū)和城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展的內(nèi)部動力以及來自新型城鎮(zhèn)化與市場需求的外部動力,還有其他一些輔助動力;景城一體化在建設(shè)中需要六個(gè)方面的保障:堅(jiān)持規(guī)劃先行,發(fā)揮政策護(hù)航作用,努力進(jìn)行管理創(chuàng)新,提高基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施保障能力,維護(hù)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)主導(dǎo)地位,保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境安全性。
[Abstract]:Under the promotion of new urbanization, tourism destination puts forward the strategy of integration of Jingcheng, which needs four conditions: resources, space, industry and landscape. The integrated power system of Jingcheng includes the internal power from scenic spot and town development, the external power from new urbanization and market demand, and some other auxiliary power. In the construction of Jingcheng integration, six aspects are needed: persisting in planning first, giving full play to the role of policy escort, making great efforts to carry out management innovation, improving the guarantee ability of infrastructure, maintaining the leading position of tourism industry and protecting the security of ecological environment.
