【摘要】：貴州省道真縣洛龍鎮(zhèn)旅游資源豐富，有一定的區(qū)位交通優(yōu)勢(shì)，外部發(fā)展機(jī)遇明顯，具備旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。當(dāng)前洛龍鎮(zhèn)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展處于初始起步階段，因此，認(rèn)真審視和研究當(dāng)前洛龍鎮(zhèn)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，并找出其中所存在的問題進(jìn)行剖析，制定出更能適應(yīng)當(dāng)前環(huán)境發(fā)展的旅游發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及具體措施對(duì)策已迫在眉睫。本文將運(yùn)用MBA市場(chǎng)營銷專業(yè)知識(shí)和相關(guān)理論及SWOT分析法來分析和研究洛龍鎮(zhèn)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和存在問題，力求能探索出一套適合洛龍鎮(zhèn)旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略體系。 本文共分為六個(gè)章節(jié)：第一章為緒言部分，介紹了本文的研究背景與研究意義，以及本文的主要研究內(nèi)容、研究方法及技術(shù)路線；第二章通過查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)與資料，綜述了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)及旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究進(jìn)展，并對(duì)本文在撰寫過程中所引用的相關(guān)概念及理論進(jìn)行了簡述；第三章通過對(duì)道真縣洛龍鎮(zhèn)進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)查，對(duì)洛龍鎮(zhèn)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的宏觀環(huán)境背景、行業(yè)環(huán)境及內(nèi)部條件等方面進(jìn)行了深入探討，并采用SWOT分析法對(duì)洛龍鎮(zhèn)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)中存在的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)分別進(jìn)行了探討；第四章著重介紹了洛龍鎮(zhèn)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的選擇，提出了洛龍鎮(zhèn)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的指導(dǎo)思想、戰(zhàn)略定位、戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、發(fā)展模式與戰(zhàn)略布局；第五章提出了為保證戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)全面實(shí)現(xiàn)的包括政策法規(guī)體系、資源保護(hù)體系、產(chǎn)業(yè)要素體系、市場(chǎng)營銷體系與人才保障體系的完整保障體系。第六章為總結(jié)與展望，，總結(jié)論文的主要觀點(diǎn)、實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值及對(duì)洛龍鎮(zhèn)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的展望。本文的目的是利用洛龍鎮(zhèn)鮮明特色的旅游資源，發(fā)揮旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的增長極效應(yīng)，探討適合洛龍鎮(zhèn)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略體系，走一條休閑度假旅游與仡佬族文化體驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的道路，促進(jìn)洛龍鎮(zhèn)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Luolong Town in Daozhen County of Guizhou Province is rich in tourism resources, has certain regional traffic advantages, obvious opportunities for external development, and has the basis for the development of tourism industry. At present, the development of tourism industry in Luolong Town is in its initial stage, so, Carefully examine and study the current situation of the tourism industry in Luolong Town, and find out the existing problems. It is urgent to formulate a tourism development strategy and specific measures to adapt to the current environment development. This paper will use MBA marketing professional knowledge and related theories and SWOT analysis to analyze and study the tourism industry in Luolong Town. The status and problems of development, Strive to explore a set of suitable for the development of Lolong town tourism strategic system. This paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the research background and significance of this paper, as well as the main research content, research methods and technical route. This paper summarizes the research progress of domestic and foreign scholars on tourism industry and tourism industry development strategy, and briefly describes the related concepts and theories cited in the process of writing this paper. Chapter three makes a field investigation of Luolong Town in Daozhen County. This paper probes into the macro environment background, industry environment and internal conditions of the tourism industry development in Luolong Town, and discusses the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the tourism industry in Luolong Town by using SWOT analysis method. Chapter 4th focuses on the choice of the development strategy of tourism industry in Luolong Town, and puts forward the guiding ideology, strategic positioning, strategic objectives, development model and strategic layout of the tourism industry development strategy of Luolong Town; Chapter 5th puts forward a complete guarantee system of policies and regulations system, resource protection system, industry element system, marketing system and talent security system to ensure the overall realization of the strategic goal. Chapter 6th is the summary and prospect. This paper summarizes the main points of view, practical application value and prospects for the development of tourism industry in Luolong Town. The purpose of this paper is to make use of the distinctive tourism resources of Luolong Town, and to give full play to the growth pole effect of tourism industry. This paper probes into the strategic system suitable for the development of tourism industry in Luolong Town and takes a road of combining leisure vacation tourism with the cultural experience of Gelao nationality to promote the social and economic development of Luolong Town.
