【摘要】：自1987年恢復(fù)邊境貿(mào)易以來(lái),綏芬河市堅(jiān)持“以貿(mào)興業(yè)、富民強(qiáng)市,建設(shè)現(xiàn)代化國(guó)際商都”的發(fā)展思路,深入實(shí)施“大通道、大經(jīng)貿(mào)、大市場(chǎng)、大加工、大旅游”五大戰(zhàn)略,解放思想,團(tuán)結(jié)拼搏,與時(shí)俱進(jìn),加快發(fā)展。20世紀(jì)90年代,在邊境貿(mào)易發(fā)展的帶動(dòng)下,邊境旅游業(yè)逐步發(fā)展成為綏芬河經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。在發(fā)展邊境旅游的基礎(chǔ)上,商貿(mào)旅游、觀光旅游以及購(gòu)物旅游等多種旅游形式同步開展,在綏芬河經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中,發(fā)揮了重要作用。歷經(jīng)近30年的發(fā)展歷程,綏芬河邊境旅游發(fā)展效果顯著,逐步形成了具有綏芬河特色的邊境旅游發(fā)展模式。但是,面對(duì)機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),尤其是在中俄關(guān)系發(fā)展變化的新形勢(shì)下,綏芬河對(duì)俄邊境旅游發(fā)展中仍然存在一些亟待解決的問(wèn)題,發(fā)展模式仍需不斷創(chuàng)新。 本文以綏芬河對(duì)俄邊境旅游為研究對(duì)象,以邊境旅游的相關(guān)理論為指導(dǎo),通過(guò)回顧歷史,立足當(dāng)下,憑借優(yōu)勢(shì),總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),構(gòu)建出綏芬河發(fā)展對(duì)俄邊境旅游新的理論框架。具體寫作內(nèi)容分為緒論、正文和結(jié)論三大部分。緒論部分主要介紹了本課題研究的基本背景、研究的主要目的和意義,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述,為本研究的順利進(jìn)行打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。正文部分首先對(duì)本論文涉及到的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行闡述,并總結(jié)概括了邊境旅游的概念、特點(diǎn)以及發(fā)展邊境旅游的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了綏芬河對(duì)俄邊境旅游的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及所具備的優(yōu)勢(shì)條件；另一方面通過(guò)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的形式對(duì)綏芬河邊境旅游客源市場(chǎng)展開了全面調(diào)查,調(diào)查主要涉及客源市場(chǎng)的需求特征、旅游者滿意度、感知價(jià)值和忠誠(chéng)度等幾個(gè)方面,通過(guò)對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果的認(rèn)真統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,探尋出了綏芬河邊境旅游客源市場(chǎng)的規(guī)律和特點(diǎn),獲得了非常重要的第一手資料；最后根據(jù)上述相關(guān)調(diào)查研究,查找出了目前綏芬河對(duì)俄邊境旅游發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在的一系列問(wèn)題,并且針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,提出了相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策,為今后綏芬河更好更快地發(fā)展對(duì)俄邊境旅游事業(yè)提出了新的思路。結(jié)論部分總結(jié)概括了本課題的主要研究成果及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。本課題的研究希望對(duì)綏芬河對(duì)俄邊境旅游的發(fā)展起到一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Since the resumption of border trade in 1987, Suifenhe has adhered to the development idea of "building up business through trade, enriching the people and building a modern international commercial capital." it has carried out in depth the five major strategies of "big channels, big economy and trade, big market, great processing, and great tourism." Emancipating the mind, uniting and striving hard, advancing with the Times, speeding up the Development of the Border Trade in 90s, under the impetus of the development of border trade, the border tourism industry gradually developed into the pillar industry in the economic development of Suifenhe River, and on the basis of the development of border tourism, Various tourism forms, such as trade tourism, sightseeing tourism, shopping tourism and so on, have played an important role in the economic development of Suifenhe River. After nearly 30 years of development, Suifenhe Border Tourism has achieved remarkable results. However, in the face of opportunities and challenges, especially in the new situation of the development and change of Sino-Russian relations, there are still some problems to be solved urgently in the development of Suifen River's frontier tourism to Russia. The development model still needs to be innovated continuously. This article takes Suifen River to Russia border tourism as the research object, takes the border tourism related theory as the instruction, through reviewing the history, bases on the present, by virtue of the superiority, summarizes the experience and the lesson, A new theoretical framework for Suifenhe's development of frontier tourism to Russia is constructed. The specific writing content is divided into three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. The introduction mainly introduces the basic background of this research, the main purpose and significance of the study. And the domestic and foreign related research status quo was summarized, which laid a solid foundation for the smooth progress of this study. The main body of the first part of this paper related to the theory described, and summarized the concept of border tourism, On the basis of the characteristics and practical significance of developing frontier tourism, this paper analyzes the current situation of Suifenhe's development of frontier tourism to Russia and the advantages it has. On the other hand, through the form of questionnaire, the paper makes a comprehensive investigation on Suifenhe border tourist market, which mainly involves the demand characteristics of the tourist market, tourists' satisfaction, perceived value and loyalty, and so on. Through the careful statistical analysis of the investigation results, this paper explores the law and characteristics of Suifenhe border tourist source market, obtains very important first-hand information, and finally, according to the above related investigation and research, This paper finds out a series of problems existing in the development of Suifen River's frontier tourism to Russia, and puts forward corresponding solutions to these problems. In order to develop Suifen River better and faster in the future, this paper puts forward a new way of thinking. The conclusion summarizes the main research achievements and innovation points of this subject. The development of tourism plays a certain reference role.
