【摘要】：當(dāng)前隨著社會的快速發(fā)展,大大提升了人類社會的生活品質(zhì)。與此同時(shí),生活節(jié)奏也在加快,競爭也充斥著整個(gè)社會。那些每天都生活在擁擠嘈雜的生活環(huán)境中,到處充滿著生活的壓力的人們,急需去享受大自然的風(fēng)景,從而緩解日常生活給他們帶來的巨大壓力,讓勞累不堪的身心得到更好的放松。所以,人們更加向往那種質(zhì)樸的田園景色、民俗旅游,在這種大歷史環(huán)境之下,便產(chǎn)生了休閑農(nóng)業(yè)。本文通過對沈北新區(qū)稻夢空間休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園游客滿意度的實(shí)地調(diào)研考查,利用問卷調(diào)查的方法,對前來此處游玩的人們的滿意度進(jìn)行了深入的調(diào)研分析。調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示:被調(diào)研的游客具有均衡的性別比例,無明顯性別差異;被調(diào)查的游客平均月收入大部分是在3001—5000元之間及5000元以上;被調(diào)查游客當(dāng)中年齡段大多數(shù)是在19-40歲之間;有百分之六十以上的被調(diào)查的旅游者大專以上文憑,游客的受教育水平普遍較高;消費(fèi)的主要群體的職業(yè)為企事業(yè)單位工作人員;被調(diào)查游客當(dāng)中絕大部分都是陪同親人、同學(xué)、同事或者朋友到此旅游;停留時(shí)間以一天占大部分為主;信息獲取渠道以旅行社和經(jīng)他人推薦介紹為主,采取當(dāng)代互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等多種新的社交媒介方式的游客較少;有超過八層以上的被調(diào)查游客是第一次到該農(nóng)業(yè)園旅,而第二次、第三次游玩的游客一共僅占不到兩層。近九層被調(diào)查游客以觀光為目的。游客對稻夢空間休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園總體滿意度不高;愿意推薦給其他人的游客所占比重相對較高;游客的重游意愿不高;游客對園區(qū)交通便捷程度、停車場、住宿房間舒適度、園內(nèi)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、景點(diǎn)數(shù)量、園區(qū)工作人員的服務(wù)質(zhì)量水平滿意程度較低,有待進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)。根據(jù)調(diào)研結(jié)果所反映出的問題,并提出對策建議如下:第一加大宣傳力度;第二完善農(nóng)業(yè)園的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施;第三改善農(nóng)業(yè)園內(nèi)餐飲;第四改善住宿房間內(nèi)部設(shè)施;第五構(gòu)建綜合公交體系擴(kuò)建停車場;第六增加農(nóng)業(yè)園內(nèi)景點(diǎn)數(shù)量;第七提升農(nóng)業(yè)園內(nèi)工作人員的服務(wù)水平。
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid development of society, the quality of life of human society has been greatly improved. At the same time, the pace of life is also accelerating, competition is also flooding the whole society. Those who live in crowded and noisy living environment every day, People who are full of the pressure of life are in urgent need of enjoying the scenery of nature, so as to relieve the great pressure brought by daily life, and to relax the tired body and mind better. People yearn for simple pastoral scenery and folklore tourism. In this great historical environment, leisure agriculture is produced. This paper investigates the satisfaction of tourists in the Daomeng Space Leisure Agriculture Park in Shenbei New District. By using the method of questionnaire, the author makes a deep investigation and analysis on the satisfaction of people who come to visit here. The results show that the tourists surveyed have a balanced sex ratio, and there is no obvious gender difference; The average monthly income of the tourists surveyed was mostly between 3001-5,000 yuan and over 5,000 yuan; the majority of the tourists surveyed were aged between 19 and 40; and more than 60% of the tourists surveyed had college diplomas or above. The educational level of tourists is generally high; the occupation of the major consumer groups is the staff of enterprises and institutions; the majority of the tourists surveyed are accompanying relatives, classmates, colleagues or friends to travel here; Most of the stay time is one day, the access to information is mainly from travel agencies and other people, and many new social media methods, such as contemporary Internet, are used less. More than eight or more of the tourists surveyed visited the agricultural park for the first time, and the second time, The tourists who visited the third time only accounted for less than two layers. The last nine layers were investigated for the purpose of sightseeing. The overall satisfaction of the tourists to the Tishimeng Space Leisure Agriculture Park was not high, and the proportion of tourists willing to recommend to others was relatively high. Tourists' willingness to revisit is not high, and the degree of satisfaction of tourists to the park's transportation convenience, parking lot, accommodation room comfort, garden infrastructure, number of scenic spots, service quality of the staff of the park are relatively low. According to the problems reflected in the research results, the countermeasures and suggestions are as follows: first, strengthen propaganda; second, improve the infrastructure of the agricultural garden; third, improve the food and beverage in the agricultural garden; 4th to improve the internal facilities of the accommodation room; 5th to build a comprehensive public transport system to expand the parking lot; 6th to increase the number of scenic spots in the agricultural garden; and 7th to improve the service level of the staff in the agricultural garden.
