【摘要】：伴隨著當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的趨勢(shì),區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)得到了快速的發(fā)展。但在這個(gè)過(guò)程中,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)之間的不平衡性問(wèn)題也開(kāi)始顯現(xiàn),并且這種不平衡性在不斷擴(kuò)大。因而,區(qū)域問(wèn)題成為了當(dāng)前理論研究和實(shí)踐發(fā)展中的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。隨著北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)以及北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)旅游業(yè)戰(zhàn)略地位的雙提升,北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)內(nèi)的旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展問(wèn)題也日益受到高度關(guān)注。本文探討了廣西北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的不平衡性問(wèn)題,力求在深化對(duì)這種不平衡性狀況的認(rèn)識(shí)上以及在經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展上提供一些有益的思考。 鑒于此,文章在綜合國(guó)內(nèi)外區(qū)域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展不平衡性的研究基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合區(qū)域差異、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的相關(guān)理論以及旅游學(xué)相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論,以我國(guó)的旅游統(tǒng)計(jì)實(shí)際為依據(jù),構(gòu)建了一套包含旅游人數(shù)及收入情況、食宿情況、交通運(yùn)輸情況、游覽條件、購(gòu)買(mǎi)力基礎(chǔ)等5個(gè)一級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)以及接待游客總量等29個(gè)二級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)在內(nèi)的評(píng)價(jià)體系,并通過(guò)熵值分析方法對(duì)北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。 本文的主要研究結(jié)論如下：首先,從指標(biāo)上看,廣西北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的食宿發(fā)展情況拉大了經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展整體的不平衡性；其次,從地市上看,四市旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展綜合得分的相對(duì)排名情況(南寧、北海、欽州、防城港)基本和目前各市在廣西北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)中的相對(duì)地位相符,但南寧作為廣西區(qū)的首府以及經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的中心,其綜合得分情況與其中心地位不符。最后,從產(chǎn)業(yè)要素上看,經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)整體旅游各要素的不平衡性程度由高到低的排序?yàn)椋菏乘扌袠I(yè)、游覽條件、交通運(yùn)輸狀況、購(gòu)買(mǎi)力基礎(chǔ),但各市在所選指標(biāo)上的發(fā)展的優(yōu)劣程度有所差異。鑒于此,文章提出了以下促進(jìn)北部灣旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的對(duì)策：加大不平衡發(fā)展,強(qiáng)化南寧這個(gè)區(qū)域旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)極；力保防城港市入境游的優(yōu)勢(shì),改善其國(guó)內(nèi)游、交通及食宿行業(yè)的劣勢(shì)；加大欽州市旅游開(kāi)發(fā)力度,著力促進(jìn)其交通優(yōu)勢(shì)向旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢(shì)轉(zhuǎn)化；加強(qiáng)廣西北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)內(nèi)的區(qū)域旅游合作。
[Abstract]:Along with the current trend of economic globalization and regional economic integration, regional economy has been developing rapidly, but in this process, the imbalance between regional economies has also begun to appear. As a result, regional issues have become a hot issue in the current theoretical and practical development. With the development of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone and the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, the strategic position of the tourism industry in the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone has increased. The development of tourism industry in Beibu Gulf Economic Zone has also been paid more and more attention. This paper discusses the unbalanced development of tourism industry in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone. In order to deepen the understanding of this imbalance and in the coordinated development of economic zone tourism industry to provide some beneficial thinking. In view of this, on the basis of synthesizing the unbalanced development of regional tourism industry at home and abroad, combined with regional differences, the relevant theories of coordinated development of regional economy and tourism related basic theory, Based on the actual situation of tourism statistics in China, this paper constructs a set of tourist numbers and income, accommodation, transportation, tourist conditions, The evaluation system is composed of five first-grade evaluation indexes such as purchasing power basis and 29 second-grade evaluation indexes such as the total number of visitors and so on. The empirical study on Beibu Gulf Economic Zone is carried out by entropy analysis method. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: first, the development of food and lodging in the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone of Guangxi has increased the overall imbalance of tourism industry development in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone; secondly, from the local market point of view, The relative ranking of the comprehensive scores of tourism economic development of the four cities (Nanning, Beihai, Qinzhou, Fangchenggang) is basically consistent with the relative status of each city in Guangxi's Beibu Gulf Economic Zone at present. However, as the capital of Guangxi and the center of the economic zone, Nanning's comprehensive score does not match its central position. Finally, from the perspective of industrial elements, The unbalanced degree of tourism elements in the economic zone as a whole is ranked from high to low in the following order: accommodation industry, tourist conditions, transportation status, purchasing power base, but the degree of superiority and inferiority of the development of each city in the selected index is different. In view of this, The paper puts forward the following countermeasures to promote the coordinated development of tourism industry in Beibu Gulf: to increase the unbalanced development, to strengthen the regional tourism economic growth pole of Nanning, to protect the advantages of the inbound tour of Fangchenggang City, and to improve its domestic tour. The disadvantages of transportation, accommodation and food industry; increasing the intensity of tourism development in Qinzhou City, promoting its transportation advantage to tourism economic advantage; strengthening the regional tourism cooperation in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.
