【摘要】:面對(duì)日趨激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),如何提高旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是昆明市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展亟需解決的問題之一,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)合理有效集聚帶來的持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力為解決這一問題提供了新思路。研究昆明市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的空間分布規(guī)律,探討昆明市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚發(fā)展的方向和思路,有助于尋求并培育昆明市旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)新的增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。作為整個(gè)云南旅游的重要集散中心,昆明旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力的增強(qiáng)無疑也將提升云南省旅游業(yè)的總體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)水平。自馬歇爾最初從理論上研究產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚問題以來,國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的研究主要集中于工業(yè)領(lǐng)域。在旅游業(yè)、金融業(yè)等服務(wù)業(yè)領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚現(xiàn)象同樣普遍存在,而對(duì)服務(wù)業(yè)集聚的研究卻顯得比較薄弱。具體到昆明市以及云南省旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展來說,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚方面的研究仍處于探索起步階段,這也是本文重要的選題依據(jù)。本文通過梳理產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的相關(guān)理論,整合各種研究方法,進(jìn)一步豐富旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的研究領(lǐng)域,為研究昆明市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚發(fā)展提供理論依據(jù)。旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚不僅能優(yōu)化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)自身的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu),也能優(yōu)化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)與其他產(chǎn)業(yè)之間的結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系。由于旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的強(qiáng)地域性特征,,加快旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚在促進(jìn)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,如增加就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)、帶動(dòng)相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等方面起著舉足輕重的作用。本文對(duì)昆明市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)和重大項(xiàng)目集聚發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,提出昆明市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)及重大項(xiàng)目集聚發(fā)展策略,為昆明旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚發(fā)展提供有益指導(dǎo),促進(jìn)昆明旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整升級(jí),提高昆明旅游業(yè)的總體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 本文的理論研究部分首先對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚和旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚兩個(gè)研究領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)綜述,介紹古典經(jīng)濟(jì)理論、集聚經(jīng)濟(jì)理論、區(qū)域集聚理論、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)理論、旅游區(qū)位理論等五個(gè)方面的相關(guān)理論,重點(diǎn)辨析“產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚”、“旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚”、“旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集中”和“旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群”等相關(guān)概念;其次,從旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的影響因素入手,分析旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的發(fā)展階段,歸納出旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)空間集聚的六種模式。 本文的實(shí)證研究部分以昆明市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)及重大項(xiàng)目集聚為研究對(duì)象。首先,從空間狀態(tài)、基本特征、集聚特點(diǎn)等方面分析了昆明市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)及重大項(xiàng)目集聚發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀;其次,從現(xiàn)狀分析中歸納出集聚發(fā)展的可能性、優(yōu)劣勢(shì)及問題;最后,從企業(yè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)、政府三個(gè)層面提出昆明市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚發(fā)展的策略,并提出昆明市旅游重大項(xiàng)目集聚發(fā)展的總體策略。 本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)是,從產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚角度研究昆明市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,把旅游重大項(xiàng)目作為旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚發(fā)展研究的切入點(diǎn),將國(guó)內(nèi)外旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚理論與昆明市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚現(xiàn)狀結(jié)合起來,為昆明市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供新思路。
[Abstract]:In the face of increasingly fierce market competition, how to improve the market competitiveness of tourism industry is one of the urgent problems to be solved in the development of tourism industry in Kunming. The sustainable competitiveness brought by rational and effective agglomeration of tourism industry provides a new way to solve this problem. This paper studies the spatial distribution law of tourism industry in Kunming, and probes into the direction and train of thought of the development of tourism industry agglomeration in Kunming. It is helpful to seek and cultivate the new growth point of Kunming's tourism economy. As an important distribution center of Yunnan tourism, There is no doubt that the enhancement of Kunming's tourism competitive strength will also enhance the overall level of competition in Yunnan's tourism industry. Since Marshall initially studied the issue of industrial agglomeration in theory, The research on industrial agglomeration in domestic and foreign academic circles is mainly concentrated in the industrial field. The phenomenon of industrial agglomeration in the service industry such as tourism and finance is also widespread. However, the research on the agglomeration of the service industry is relatively weak. As far as the development of tourism industry in Kunming and Yunnan Province is concerned, the research on tourism industry agglomeration is still in the initial stage of exploration. This is also the basis of this paper. By combing the relevant theories of industrial agglomeration and integrating all kinds of research methods, this paper further enriches the research fields of tourism industry agglomeration. It provides a theoretical basis for studying the development of tourism industry agglomeration in Kunming. Tourism industry agglomeration can not only optimize the internal structure of tourism industry itself, It can also optimize the structural relationship between the tourism industry and other industries. Due to the strong regional characteristics of the tourism industry, the agglomeration of the tourism industry can accelerate the development of the local economy, such as increasing employment opportunities and promoting the development of related industries. Optimization of industrial structure plays an important role. This paper analyzes the present situation of tourism industry and major project agglomeration in Kunming, and puts forward the development strategy of tourism industry and major project agglomeration in Kunming. It provides useful guidance for the development of Kunming tourism industry agglomeration, promotes the adjustment and upgrading of Kunming tourism industry structure, and improves the overall competitiveness of Kunming tourism industry. The theoretical research part of this paper firstly reviews domestic and foreign literature on industrial agglomeration and tourism industry agglomeration, introduces classical economic theory, agglomeration economic theory, regional agglomeration theory, competitive advantage theory. The related theories in five aspects, such as tourism location theory and so on, focus on the related concepts of "industrial agglomeration", "tourism industry agglomeration", "tourism industry concentration" and "tourism industry cluster". Secondly, the paper starts with the influencing factors of tourism industry agglomeration. This paper analyzes the development stage of tourism industry agglomeration, and concludes six models of tourism industry spatial agglomeration. Firstly, the paper analyzes the present situation of Kunming tourism industry and major project agglomeration from the aspects of spatial state, basic characteristics and agglomeration characteristics. Secondly, the possibility, advantages and disadvantages and problems of agglomeration development are summed up from the current situation analysis. Finally, from three levels of enterprise, industry and government, the paper puts forward the development strategy of tourism industry agglomeration in Kunming. And put forward the overall strategy for the development of major tourism projects in Kunming. The innovation of this paper is to study the development of tourism industry in Kunming from the point of view of industrial agglomeration. This paper combines the theory of tourism industry agglomeration at home and abroad with the present situation of Kunming tourism industry agglomeration, and provides new ideas for the development of Kunming tourism industry.
