【摘要】：延邊作為少數(shù)民族朝鮮族的重要集中地區(qū),在國(guó)家整體的發(fā)展上起到了重要的作用,并且作為一個(gè)重要的邊境少數(shù)民族地區(qū),經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展尤為緊迫�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)+時(shí)代背景下,國(guó)家對(duì)沿邊少數(shù)民族地區(qū)的扶持規(guī)劃對(duì)延邊經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長(zhǎng)來(lái)說(shuō)可謂是新時(shí)期的最佳發(fā)展機(jī)遇。以五大發(fā)展新理念作為促進(jìn)民族地區(qū)發(fā)展的背景思想,對(duì)延邊州的旅游業(yè)發(fā)展具有深刻的歷史意義。五發(fā)展新理念引領(lǐng)了我們要實(shí)現(xiàn)的發(fā)展方向,解答了如何實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)展的重大問(wèn)題,為民族地區(qū)發(fā)展的速度提供了保障。全域旅游的發(fā)展本質(zhì)與新發(fā)展理念高度契合,在發(fā)展五大發(fā)展新理念的引導(dǎo)下,延邊州的全域旅游將得到更好更快的發(fā)展。我州的旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展日益強(qiáng)大,但取得成績(jī)的同時(shí)還是存在一些問(wèn)題。結(jié)合國(guó)家的五大發(fā)展新理念的提出和全域旅游的轉(zhuǎn)型,結(jié)合在新時(shí)期的新機(jī)遇下,延邊州應(yīng)提升思想觀(guān)念的轉(zhuǎn)變,在服務(wù)業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展的機(jī)遇下實(shí)現(xiàn)延邊州旅游業(yè)的升級(jí)與提升。有關(guān)延邊地區(qū)旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展方面已有大量學(xué)者進(jìn)行了研究分析,在這些數(shù)據(jù)和信息的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合國(guó)家的戰(zhàn)略扶持和五大發(fā)展理念與全域旅游發(fā)展模式的結(jié)合,推動(dòng)延邊州旅游業(yè)健康、穩(wěn)健的發(fā)展。全域旅游作為旅游業(yè)新時(shí)期的發(fā)展方向,所以延邊州更應(yīng)該有效利用這一發(fā)展機(jī)遇。延邊州是旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的新興之星,擁有濃厚的文化內(nèi)涵和良好的發(fā)展?jié)摿?民族文化歷史、旅游特色資源豐富,在全域旅游的發(fā)展中有良好的優(yōu)勢(shì)。在五大新發(fā)展理念的背景下,以全域旅游為戰(zhàn)略出發(fā)點(diǎn),為延邊州的旅游業(yè)的新發(fā)展規(guī)劃宏偉藍(lán)圖。隨著當(dāng)今社會(huì)旅游業(yè)的迅速崛起,大眾的旅游消費(fèi)已經(jīng)不再滿(mǎn)足于簡(jiǎn)單的觀(guān)賞,而趨向于對(duì)文化底蘊(yùn)的追求。這就要求我們延邊州要充分發(fā)揮民族、歷史、文化、生態(tài)資源聚集優(yōu)勢(shì),加強(qiáng)風(fēng)景名勝觀(guān)光、民族鄉(xiāng)村體驗(yàn)、歷史古跡探秘、宗教文化交流、美容醫(yī)療養(yǎng)生和飲食結(jié)構(gòu)等方面的開(kāi)發(fā)發(fā)展;擴(kuò)大旅游航線(xiàn)的建設(shè),走智慧型旅游發(fā)展模式;加強(qiáng)旅游的配套設(shè)施建設(shè)并完善;對(duì)旅游酒店和賓館進(jìn)行規(guī)范管理,加大對(duì)特色旅游商品的開(kāi)發(fā),推動(dòng)延邊州旅游業(yè)與第一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)的相互結(jié)合發(fā)展模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)州內(nèi)旅游業(yè)總收入的有效增長(zhǎng)。新的發(fā)展背景下的新的旅游發(fā)展模式不僅是時(shí)代所需,對(duì)于延邊州這個(gè)民族地區(qū)的旅游業(yè)發(fā)展更是主要機(jī)遇。本文通過(guò)對(duì)延邊州的旅游業(yè)分析,結(jié)合新發(fā)展理念研究延邊州旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的不足之處,在全域旅游的新型模式引導(dǎo)下對(duì)今后延邊州旅游業(yè)新的發(fā)展方向提出建議。
[Abstract]:Yanbian, as an important concentration area of Korean minority nationality, has played an important role in the overall development of the country, and as an important border minority area, economic development is particularly urgent. The state's support plan for the ethnic minority areas along the border can be said to be the best development opportunity in the new period for the rapid economic growth of Yanbian. The five new concepts of development are taken as the background ideas to promote the development of the minority areas. It has a profound historical significance for the development of tourism in Yanbian prefecture. The new concept of development has led us to realize the development direction and solved the major problem of how to realize the development. This provides a guarantee for the speed of development in ethnic areas. The nature of the development of the whole region is highly in line with the new development concept, and under the guidance of the five new concepts of development, The whole region tourism of Yanbian state will get better and faster development. The tourism economy of our state is growing stronger and stronger, but there are still some problems at the same time. Combined with the state's five new ideas of development and the transformation of the whole region tourism, In view of the new opportunities in the new period, Yanbian Prefecture should promote the change of ideology, Under the opportunity of the booming development of service industry, the tourism industry of Yanbian prefecture has been upgraded and promoted. A large number of scholars have studied and analyzed the development of tourism economy in Yanbian. On the basis of these data and information, combined with the strategic support of the country and the combination of the five major development concepts with the tourism development model of the whole region, it promotes the healthy and steady development of the tourism industry in Yanbian Prefecture, which is the development direction of the tourism industry in the new period. Therefore, Yanbian prefecture should make effective use of this development opportunity. Yanbian prefecture is a new star in the development of tourism, with strong cultural connotations and good development potential, rich national cultural history and rich tourism characteristic resources. There are good advantages in the development of global tourism. Under the background of the five new development concepts, taking the whole region tourism as the strategic starting point, it is the grand blueprint for the new development of tourism in Yanbian prefecture. With the rapid rise of the tourism industry in today's society, The tourist consumption of the masses is no longer satisfied with simple viewing, but tends to the pursuit of cultural details. This requires us to give full play to the advantages of national, historical, cultural and ecological resources in Yanbian Prefecture, and to strengthen scenic spots and sightseeing. The development of ethnic rural experience, historical sites, religious and cultural exchanges, beauty and health care and diet structure, expanding the construction of tourism routes, taking intelligent tourism development model, strengthening the construction and improvement of supporting facilities of tourism; To standardize the management of tourist hotels and guesthouses, to increase the development of characteristic tourist commodities, and to promote the combination of tourism industry and the 123 industry in Yanbian Prefecture. The new tourism development model in the new development background is not only the need of the times, This paper analyzes the tourism industry of Yanbian prefecture, and studies the deficiency of tourism development in Yanbian prefecture with the new development concept. Under the guidance of the new mode of global tourism, some suggestions are put forward for the future development of tourism in Yanbian Prefecture.
