【摘要】：安徽界首彩陶技藝卓越，彩陶的制作工序分為拉坯成型、旋坯成型、注漿成型，其中主要傳統(tǒng)拉坯成型的制作流程主要分為：拉坯法與修坯法、施化妝土法與刻畫法、燒制法；在工藝技法上包含了：剔花工藝、線刻工藝、模印工藝、彩繪工藝與貼塑、雕塑工藝。界首彩陶在造型上對古樸厚重、飽滿實用，器形上形式多樣；在裝飾上有著顯著的“紅底白花”的地域特色，題材上又豐富多樣、與時俱進，不僅傳統(tǒng)的花鳥魚蟲圖案，還有具有地域性的戲曲人物“刀馬人”的大膽傳神刻畫，而且作品的創(chuàng)作緊跟時代發(fā)展，不斷的創(chuàng)新。 界首彩陶有很大的利用空間，但是由于地域的原因、家族的傳承、燒制隊伍不夠龐大，使界首陶的表現(xiàn)力只是限制在傳統(tǒng)的模式中不能自拔。正是它的這些獨特的地域設計特色，也限制了其在現(xiàn)代社會的發(fā)展，應該根據(jù)它自身的特色，，結合現(xiàn)代設計理念，從消費者的心理和審美出發(fā)，找出一條適合其發(fā)展的創(chuàng)新道路。文中提出了三個建議：戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展模式創(chuàng)新，促進界首彩陶地域性特色的保護與發(fā)展；人才技術的培養(yǎng)，推動界首彩陶地域性特色的傳承與提升；良好的商業(yè)模式運轉(zhuǎn)，開放界首彩陶地域性特色的市場與文化。
[Abstract]:Anhui Jiehou color pottery technology is excellent, the color pottery production process is divided into drawing, spinning, grouting molding, in which the main traditional billet forming production process is divided into: drawing and repairing method, makeup method and characterization method, firing method; The techniques include: shaving process, line engraving technology, die printing technology, color painting technology and paste plastic, sculpture technology. The boundary of color pottery in the shape of simple and heavy, full and practical, the shape of the various forms; In the decoration, there are obvious regional characteristics of "red and white flowers", rich and diverse themes, not only the traditional pattern of flowers, birds, fish and insects, but also the bold and vivid portrayal of the regional opera character "Dao and Horse Man". And the creation of works closely with the development of the times, continuous innovation. There is a lot of space for the use of painted pottery at the head of the boundary. However, due to geographical reasons, the family heritage and the firing team are not large enough. It is precisely these unique regional design features that also limit its development in modern society. It should be based on its own characteristics and combined with modern design concepts. From the perspective of consumers' psychology and aesthetics, this paper finds out an innovative road suitable for its development. Three suggestions are put forward in this paper: innovation of strategic development mode, promotion of the protection and development of regional characteristics of painted pottery, cultivation of talents and technology, To promote the inheritance and promotion of the regional characteristics of Jiecou pottery; to open up the market and culture of the regional characteristics of the first color pottery.
