有機硅溶膠-凝膠法飽水木質(zhì)文物脫水定型加固研究

【摘要】:大多數(shù)飽水木質(zhì)文物被發(fā)掘時已經(jīng)發(fā)生了嚴重的降解,在干燥前若不經(jīng)過適當(dāng)?shù)拿撍庸烫幚?將發(fā)生嚴重的變形甚至損毀。在本工作中,基于有機硅氧烷溫和的處理條件、良好的滲透性、優(yōu)異的耐候性和力學(xué)性能,我們選用有機硅氧烷通過溶膠-凝膠法對來自東海沉船的飽水古木進行了脫水加固處理,并對有機硅氧烷脫水加固樣品進行了掃描電鏡(SEM)、X-射線能譜(EDS)、傅里葉變換紅外光譜(FTIR)和差熱-熱重(DSC-TG)表征以評估脫水加固效果和研究脫水加固機理。結(jié)果顯示有機硅氧烷處理飽水古木能很好地保持古木的外形,收縮率小于6.50%。有機硅氧烷加固樣品的抗壓強度和彈性模量分別提高了3983%和1939%,熱分解溫度從364.8℃升高到507.7℃。有機硅氧烷能很好地滲透到飽水古木的中心部分,細胞壁的加固程度和細胞腔的填充程度和處理時間緊密相關(guān)。有機硅氧烷加固樣品的力學(xué)強度隨增重率的增加而增強,而增重率則可能與有機硅氧烷的縮合速率有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Most water-saturated wooden relics have been seriously degraded by the time they were excavated, and serious deformation or even damage will occur without proper dehydration and reinforcement before drying. In this work, due to the mild treatment conditions of organosiloxane, With good permeability, excellent weather resistance and mechanical properties, we used organosiloxane to dewatering and strengthening the saturated ancient wood from the sinking ship in the East China Sea by sol-gel method. The dewatering and strengthening samples of organosiloxane were characterized by SEM, FTIR and DSC-TG to evaluate the effect of dehydration reinforcement and to study the mechanism of dehydration reinforcement. Silane treatment of saturated ancient wood can very well maintain the shape of the ancient wood, The compressive strength and elastic modulus of the samples strengthened with organosiloxane were increased by 3983% and 19399.The thermal decomposition temperature was increased from 364.8 鈩,
