文章摘要：我國(guó)長(zhǎng)達(dá)2.2萬km的陸地邊境沿線分布有不同類型的旅游資源,極具開發(fā)利用潛力。本文依據(jù)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《旅游資源分類、調(diào)查與評(píng)價(jià)》（GB/T18972-2003）（文中簡(jiǎn)稱《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（GB/T18972-2003）》）,梳理了我國(guó)9省（自治區(qū)）的136個(gè)陸地邊境縣域內(nèi)的旅游資源單體;統(tǒng)計(jì)分析了陸地邊境旅游資源的類型與數(shù)量;總結(jié)了陸地邊境旅游資源的5大特征,分別為數(shù)量繁多、體量較大,類型豐富、組合度好,特色鮮明、壟斷性高,神秘神圣、有莊嚴(yán)感,整體連續(xù)、線性明顯;進(jìn)行了陸地邊境旅游資源的質(zhì)量等級(jí)評(píng)價(jià),結(jié)果顯示邊境縣域內(nèi)共有61處五級(jí)旅游資源單體和237處四級(jí)旅游資源單體;最后提出了我國(guó)陸地邊境旅游資源的總體開發(fā)策略和不同質(zhì)量等級(jí)開發(fā)策略。

Abstr：China＇ s land borders are approximately 2.2million km and different types of tourism resources are widely distributed with great potential for further exploitation. Based on National Standard Tourism Resources Classification, Investigation and Evaluation （standard GB/ T18972-2003）, we analyzed and evaluated types, quantity and quality of tourism resources for 136 land border counties in China and 3 263 tourism resources. The number of fifth-level resources, fourth-level resources and third-level resources is 61 237and 844, respectively. According to standard GB/T18972-2003, these border tourism resources cover eight main types and 31 sub-types. In terms of main types, buildings and facilities have an absolute advantage, followed by physiographic landscape and water scenery, accounting for one-third of the total. We then analyzed the spatial distribution of superior border tourism resources in terms of main types, provinces and border paragraphs. The results illustrate that border tourism resources have the following features： plentiful, massive, richness, beneficial integration, distinctive, high monopoly, sacred and solemn, continuous and linear. Based on these findings we propose exploitation strategies for overall and different qualities of border tourism resources in China. The strategies for overall exploitation include： paying attention to the characteristics of each tourism resource; selecting higher level border tourism resources as preferred targets; exploiting various products of border tourism; and promoting the cooperation of adjacent areas and ecological protection.
