環(huán)杭州灣城市群旅游空間結(jié)構(gòu)及其優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:在區(qū)域與城市一體化戰(zhàn)略不斷推進(jìn)的背景下,我國城市群建設(shè)如火如荼,城市群旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)也逐漸興起并不斷尋求區(qū)域合作發(fā)展。其中,環(huán)杭州灣城市群作為長三角經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的南翼和浙江省城市發(fā)展的引領(lǐng)者,近年來旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不斷升溫。但隨著區(qū)域旅游合作的逐漸深入與旅游需求多元化的要求,當(dāng)前的旅游空間結(jié)構(gòu)已經(jīng)不能滿足環(huán)杭州灣城市群整體旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)的大發(fā)展。因而,對(duì)環(huán)杭州灣城市群區(qū)域旅游空間結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行合理分析,不僅能夠?yàn)槠渎糜慰臻g結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化提供思路和決策依據(jù),且有利于促進(jìn)區(qū)域旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,提高區(qū)域旅游整體競爭力和旅游協(xié)作能力,也有利于環(huán)杭州灣城市群經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化發(fā)展。為此,本文結(jié)合國內(nèi)外研究概況與相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ),在全面分析環(huán)杭州灣城市群旅游發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,采用文獻(xiàn)分析、系統(tǒng)分析與實(shí)證分析等研究方法,對(duì)該區(qū)域旅游空間結(jié)構(gòu)的特征進(jìn)行分析與優(yōu)化研究,最后提出若干政策建議并概括總結(jié)主要研究結(jié)論。 首先,本文就研究背景、意義、國內(nèi)外研究狀況、研究方法及相關(guān)概念等進(jìn)行闡述,并簡要介紹研究區(qū)域的范圍界定與發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,同時(shí)整合創(chuàng)新相關(guān)研究理論,為后文旅游空間結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化研究提供理論支撐。 其次,在闡述環(huán)杭州灣城市群旅游發(fā)展概況的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)其旅游資源的數(shù)量、類型及等級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu)的空間分布現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行定性與定量分析,并結(jié)合旅游市場營銷概況分別對(duì)其入境與國內(nèi)客源市場的空間結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行探討;另外,從鐵路、公路、航空及水運(yùn)四方面對(duì)其旅游通道進(jìn)行了梳理和分析,并且指出其旅游目的地空間布局現(xiàn)狀存在的問題,為環(huán)杭州灣城市群旅游空間結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化提供參考依據(jù)。 再次,結(jié)合環(huán)杭州灣城市群旅游空間結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的目標(biāo)與原則,分別對(duì)其旅游資源、旅游客源市場、旅游通道與旅游目的地進(jìn)行優(yōu)化研究。通過對(duì)其旅游資源的重組優(yōu)化,將重點(diǎn)構(gòu)建以鄉(xiāng)村旅游、工業(yè)旅游、海洋旅游、都市旅游、運(yùn)動(dòng)休閑旅游、生態(tài)養(yǎng)生旅游、文化體驗(yàn)旅游為主的七大特色旅游區(qū),打造國家級(jí)精華旅游線路與本土精品旅游線路相結(jié)合的品質(zhì)旅游線路,培育具有本土優(yōu)勢的五大核心旅游產(chǎn)品;對(duì)區(qū)內(nèi)入境與國內(nèi)客源結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行合理的市場定位,分層次、有重點(diǎn)地開拓客源市場,并從區(qū)內(nèi)外聯(lián)系、特種旅游、都市旅游與旅游專線建設(shè)等方面對(duì)其旅游通道進(jìn)行合理優(yōu)化。同時(shí),結(jié)合相關(guān)空間結(jié)構(gòu)理論,構(gòu)建了“雙核結(jié)構(gòu)”模式下的區(qū)域旅游中心地等級(jí)體系,形成以杭甬為核心的主雙核與杭紹、甬舟、嘉湖為副雙核的旅游城市組合,并劃分四級(jí)區(qū)域旅游城市增長極等級(jí)體系。另外,按照“兩核四圈七軸帶”的空間構(gòu)想對(duì)環(huán)杭州灣城市群旅游目的地空間格局進(jìn)行優(yōu)化升級(jí)。最后,分別從完善旅游公共服務(wù)體系、深化旅游體制改革、加快區(qū)域旅游協(xié)作步伐三方面給出了相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:In the context of regional and urban integration strategy, the construction of urban agglomeration in China is in full swing, and the tourism economy of urban agglomeration is also gradually rising and constantly seeking the development of regional cooperation. As the southern wing of the economic development of the Yangtze River Delta and the leader of the urban development of Zhejiang Province, the urban agglomeration around Hangzhou Bay is one of the leading cities in Zhejiang Province. In recent years, the development of tourism economy has been heating up, but with the deepening of regional tourism cooperation and the demand of diversification of tourism demand. The current tourism spatial structure has not been able to meet the overall development of tourism economy around Hangzhou Bay. Therefore, the regional tourism spatial structure of Hangzhou Bay urban agglomeration is analyzed reasonably. It can not only provide the train of thought and decision basis for the optimization of tourism spatial structure, but also promote the sustainable development of regional tourism economy, improve the overall competitiveness of regional tourism and tourism cooperation ability. Also conducive to the development of economic integration around Hangzhou Bay City agglomeration. Therefore, this paper combined with the domestic and foreign research situation and related theoretical basis, on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the current situation of tourism development around Hangzhou Bay urban agglomeration. By using the methods of literature analysis, systematic analysis and empirical analysis, this paper analyzes and optimizes the characteristics of tourism spatial structure in the region, and finally puts forward some policy suggestions and summarizes the main research conclusions. First of all, this paper describes the research background, significance, domestic and foreign research situation, research methods and related concepts, and briefly introduces the scope of the study area and development status. At the same time, the integration of innovation related research theory to provide theoretical support for the later research on the optimization of tourism spatial structure. Secondly, on the basis of expounding the general situation of tourism development of urban agglomeration around Hangzhou Bay, qualitative and quantitative analysis is carried out on the quantity, type and rank structure of tourism resources. Combined with the general situation of tourism marketing, the spatial structure of the inbound and domestic tourist market is discussed respectively. In addition, from the railway, road, aviation and water transport four aspects of its tourism channels were combed and analyzed, and pointed out its tourism destination spatial layout of the existing problems. It provides a reference for the optimization of tourism spatial structure of urban agglomeration around Hangzhou Bay. Thirdly, combined with the objectives and principles of the optimization of tourism spatial structure of the urban agglomeration around Hangzhou Bay, the tourism resources and tourist source market are respectively analyzed. Through the reorganization and optimization of its tourism resources, it will focus on rural tourism, industrial tourism, marine tourism, urban tourism, sports and leisure tourism. Ecological health tourism, cultural experience tourism, the seven major characteristics of tourism areas, to create the national essence of tourism routes and local quality tourism routes combined with high-quality tourism routes. Cultivating five core tourism products with local advantages; The reasonable market orientation of the inbound and domestic tourist source structure in the region should be carried out, with emphasis on developing the tourist source market, and connecting with the inside and outside of the area and special tourism. At the same time, combining with the related spatial structure theory, the paper constructs the regional tourism center level system under the "dual-core structure" model. The formation of Hangzhou-Ningbo as the core of the main dual-core and Hangzhou, Yongzhou, Jiahu as sub-binuclear tourism city combination, and divided into four levels of regional tourism cities growth pole grade system. According to the spatial conception of "two cores, four circles and seven axes", the spatial pattern of tourism destinations around Hangzhou Bay urban agglomeration is optimized and upgraded. Finally, the tourism public service system is improved and the tourism system reform is deepened. To speed up the pace of regional tourism cooperation in three aspects of the relevant policy recommendations.
