【摘要】：旅游業(yè)發(fā)展與城市發(fā)展之間存在顯著的互動關系,為相關研究領域的熱點。以北京市為例,構建了旅游業(yè)與城市發(fā)展評價指標體系,研究了1995-2011年間北京市旅游業(yè)與城市發(fā)展之間的協(xié)調關系。結果表明:①北京市旅游業(yè)與城市發(fā)展協(xié)調度呈持續(xù)上升趨勢,1995-1997年為失調階段,1998-2004年為協(xié)調階段,2005-2011年為優(yōu)質協(xié)調階段;②北京市旅游業(yè)和城市發(fā)展水平總體呈大幅提高趨勢,兩者的綜合評價水平曲線交錯上升,差距逐步縮小,并不斷趨向于有序化轉化的良性協(xié)調發(fā)展階段;③根據(jù)協(xié)調度類型劃分可知,2001年前為城市發(fā)展滯后型,2001年后為旅游業(yè)發(fā)展滯后型。據(jù)此提出北京市旅游業(yè)與城市協(xié)調發(fā)展的建議:①完善基礎設施建設,促進城市與旅游業(yè)共同發(fā)展;②推動城郊旅游發(fā)展及舊城改造,完善城市空間結構;③發(fā)揮旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈作用,促進經(jīng)濟社會持續(xù)較快發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:There is a significant interaction between tourism development and urban development, which is the focus of relevant research. Taking Beijing as an example, the evaluation index system of tourism and urban development is established. This paper studies the coordination relationship between tourism and urban development in Beijing from 1995 to 2011. The results show that the degree of coordination between tourism and urban development in Beijing is on the rise. From 1995 to 1997, from 1995 to 1997, from 1998 to 2004, from 1998 to 2004, from the coordination stage, from 2005 to 2011, from the quality coordination phase; (2) the tourism industry and the level of urban development in Beijing have a trend of substantial improvement. The comprehensive evaluation level curve of the two has been staggered up, the gap has gradually narrowed, and has been tending to the stage of benign and coordinated development of orderly transformation; 3According to the classification of coordination degree, it can be known that before 2001, it was the lagging type of urban development. Since 2001, the tourism industry has lagged behind. Accordingly, the author puts forward the suggestion of coordinated development of tourism and city in Beijing: 1 to perfect the infrastructure construction and to promote the common development of the city and the tourism industry; (2) to promote the development of suburban tourism and the transformation of the old city, and to perfect the urban spatial structure; Give full play to the role of tourism industry chain to promote sustained and rapid economic and social development.
