【摘要】：隨著我國鄉(xiāng)村旅游進入新的發(fā)展階段,鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)的組織機制問題越發(fā)引人關(guān)注,女性參與鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)已經(jīng)成為不爭的事實,女性村官對鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)的決策作用日漸顯著。因此,鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)中女性村官參與行為影響機理研究對于深入研究鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)組織機制問題,促進我國鄉(xiāng)村旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展意義重大。文章在改進計劃行為理論(TPB)模型基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)女性村官參與行為意向影響框架,以282位湖南女性村官的調(diào)查問卷為數(shù)據(jù)來源,應(yīng)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型(SEM)對女性村官參與鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)行為意向的影響機理進行研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)女性村官對于借助旅游開發(fā)帶動農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的參與行為意向較高;(2)主觀規(guī)范、行為控制認知以及參政特征3個變量對鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)中女性村官參與行為具有顯著的影響,影響系數(shù)分別為0.406、0.258和0.250,其中,主觀規(guī)范影響最大;(3)女性村官參與旅游開發(fā)的行為態(tài)度對行為意向沒有直接影響,而是通過參政特征變量間接影響行為意向;行為態(tài)度的中介作用變得更為復(fù)雜,這與已有計劃行為研究不同。
[Abstract]:With the new development stage of rural tourism in China, the organizational mechanism of rural tourism development has attracted more and more attention. It has become an indisputable fact that women participate in the development of rural tourism. Therefore, the study on the influence mechanism of female village officials' participation behavior in rural tourism development is of great importance to the further study of the organization mechanism of rural tourism development. It is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of rural tourism in China. Based on the improved theory of planned behavior (TPB), this paper constructs a framework for the impact of rural tourism development on the intention of female village officials to participate in rural tourism. A questionnaire of 282 female village officials in Hunan Province was used as the data source. The influence mechanism of female village officials' intention to participate in rural tourism development was studied by using structural equation model (SEM). Female village officials have a higher intention to participate in the development of rural economy by means of tourism development; 2) subjective norms, behavioral control cognition and political participation characteristics had significant effects on the participation behavior of female village officials in rural tourism development, with an impact coefficient of 0.406. 0.258 and 0.250, in which subjective norms have the greatest influence; 3) the behavior attitude of female village officials to participate in tourism development has no direct influence on behavior intention, but indirectly affects behavior intention through the characteristic variable of participation in politics; The intermediary role of behavioral attitude becomes more complex, which is different from the existing study of planned behavior.
