【摘要】：最近頻繁發(fā)生的由恐怖主義、戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)、瘟疫、自然災(zāi)害等引起的旅游安全問題已成為一大國際性問題。游客安全問題,容易形成旅游目的地國家的負(fù)面形象,并最終導(dǎo)致國際旅游需求減少。同時(shí),目的地國家旅游安全的威脅對(duì)入境游客的態(tài)度和旅游行為意圖等造成諸多影響。 中國是與韓國政治制度不同的社會(huì)主義國家,是一個(gè)包含56個(gè)民族的多民族國家,幅員廣闊。中國國內(nèi)難免會(huì)發(fā)生一些重大的自然與社會(huì)問題,同時(shí)外部伴有戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)、恐怖主義的威脅。此外,旅游相關(guān)的安全事故、傳染病、自然災(zāi)害、犯罪等的不斷發(fā)生也是威脅中國旅游安全的因素。 本文以來華韓國游客為研究對(duì)象,調(diào)查了其對(duì)中國旅游安全的感知,從而有助于揭示中國旅游安全水平和對(duì)于中國國家形象的認(rèn)知。同時(shí)本文也針對(duì)韓國游客對(duì)中國的態(tài)度和其旅游行為意圖進(jìn)行了研究,并根據(jù)中國旅游安全現(xiàn)狀提出管理和改進(jìn)辦法,為建立起良好的中國國家形象提出建議。 本文采用文獻(xiàn)分析法和實(shí)證研究法。參考的文獻(xiàn)包括國內(nèi)外的書籍和期刊論文,旅游企業(yè)及相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)的統(tǒng)計(jì)資料和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等。通過對(duì)其整理形成理論體系,分析提出本文的研究模型和假設(shè)。 實(shí)證分析部分,借鑒以往的研究確定了旅游安全感知、國家形象、旅游態(tài)度、旅游行為意圖等變量,通過向訪問中國的韓國游客派發(fā)調(diào)查問卷并收集數(shù)據(jù),應(yīng)用統(tǒng)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行分析,具體采用假設(shè)檢驗(yàn)法,使用SPSS程序進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析。 本文首先將影響游客安全感知的威脅因素,如政治動(dòng)蕩、戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)、恐怖主義、流行病和自然災(zāi)害與之前已得到學(xué)術(shù)界普遍認(rèn)可的犯罪和各種意外事故等因素作為變量,用來探究它們對(duì)來華韓國游客心目中中國旅游安全感知的影響。其次,本文研究了來華韓國游客旅游安全感知與中國國家形象之間的關(guān)系,同時(shí)研究了這兩個(gè)因素對(duì)韓國游客對(duì)中國的態(tài)度和行為意圖有何影響。最后,根據(jù)游客類型和訪問經(jīng)驗(yàn),探究來華韓國游客的旅游安全感知對(duì)其旅游行為意圖的影響方式。
[Abstract]:The recent frequent tourism security problems caused by terrorism, war, plague, natural disasters and so on have become a major international problem. The tourist security problem is easy to form the negative image of the tourist destination country. At the same time, the threat of tourism security in destination countries has a lot of effects on the attitude and intention of inbound tourists. China is a socialist country with a different political system from South Korea. It is a multi-ethnic country with 56 nationalities and a vast territory. It is inevitable that some major natural and social problems will occur in China. At the same time, the external threat of war and terrorism. In addition, tourism related safety accidents, infectious diseases, natural disasters, crime and other factors that threaten the security of tourism in China. In this paper, the South Korean tourists to China as the research object, to investigate their perception of China's tourism security. It is helpful to reveal the level of Chinese tourism security and the cognition of China's national image. At the same time, this paper also studies the Korean tourists' attitude towards China and their intention of tourism behavior. According to the present situation of tourism safety in China, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to manage and improve China's tourism security, in order to establish a good national image of China. This paper adopts the method of literature analysis and empirical research. The reference literature includes books and periodical papers at home and abroad, statistics of tourism enterprises and related institutions and the Internet, and forms a theoretical system through the collation of them. The research model and hypothesis of this paper are analyzed and put forward. The empirical analysis part, referring to the previous studies to determine the tourism security perception, national image, tourism attitude, tourism behavior intention and other variables, through the South Korean visitors to China to distribute questionnaires and collect data. The statistical method is used to analyze the data, the hypothetical test method and the SPSS program are used to analyze the data. The first part of this paper will influence the security perception of tourists, such as political instability, war, terrorism. Epidemic and natural disasters have been generally recognized by the academic community before the factors such as crime and accidents as variables to explore their impact on the Korean tourists in China in the eyes of Chinese tourism safety perception. Secondly. This paper studies the relationship between the security perception of South Korean tourists and the national image of China, and how these two factors affect the attitude and behavior intention of Korean tourists towards China. Finally. According to the types of tourists and the visiting experience, this paper explores the influence of the security perception of Korean tourists on the intention of their tourism behavior.
