【摘要】：古村落是自然景觀和人文景觀共同組成的特殊文化遺產(chǎn),在古村落中保留古代的建筑藝術(shù)、景觀藝術(shù)、傳統(tǒng)民族風(fēng)俗等等。北京西部山區(qū)也保留有許多這樣的古村落。位于京西齋堂西北狹谷中部的爨底下古村,始建于永樂(lè)年間,76個(gè)古老的四合院建筑體現(xiàn)了該村積淀深厚的歷史文化、豐富的民俗活動(dòng)和珍貴的歷史文化價(jià)值,逐漸成為遠(yuǎn)近聞名的歷史文化村。隨著我國(guó)進(jìn)入休閑度假時(shí)代,古村落作為鄉(xiāng)村旅游的一種特色,也吸引了越來(lái)越多的游客。但是,在古村落旅游開(kāi)發(fā)的過(guò)程中也出現(xiàn)了一些問(wèn)題,例如旅游開(kāi)發(fā)造成環(huán)境的破壞、古村落旅游產(chǎn)品商業(yè)化嚴(yán)重、古村落利益相關(guān)者關(guān)系不協(xié)調(diào)等問(wèn)題。這些問(wèn)題都嚴(yán)重制約了古村落旅游資源的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文以爨底下古村作為具體研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)調(diào)查爨底下古村保護(hù)與旅游開(kāi)發(fā)現(xiàn)狀,分析爨底下古村旅游資源保護(hù)與開(kāi)發(fā)中存在的問(wèn)題,提出爨底下古村旅游資源保護(hù)與旅游開(kāi)發(fā)策略,以期對(duì)其他古村落資源保護(hù)與旅游開(kāi)發(fā)提供借鑒和參考。全文共分為六章:第一章為緒論,簡(jiǎn)要敘述本文的研究背景和意義,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外古村落研究現(xiàn)狀、研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究方法進(jìn)行了綜述;第二章為研究理論的論述,對(duì)文中涉及的主要相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定,分析古村落的特點(diǎn)和主要分類(lèi),并就本文研究過(guò)程中所涉及的可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論、利益相關(guān)者理論和旅游體驗(yàn)理論進(jìn)行闡述;第三章為爨底下古村基本概述,主要論述了爨底下古村自然地理概況、歷史沿革、古村布局、建筑特色和爨底下古村研究?jī)r(jià)值等;第四章以問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的材料為基礎(chǔ)對(duì)其旅游資源保護(hù)與旅游開(kāi)發(fā)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析:首先對(duì)爨底下古村旅游資源進(jìn)行概述和旅游質(zhì)量定量評(píng)價(jià),其次對(duì)古村旅游市場(chǎng)情況進(jìn)行分析,并分析了旅游資源保護(hù)與開(kāi)發(fā)中的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和存在的問(wèn)題;第五章提出了爨底下古村旅游資源保護(hù)與開(kāi)發(fā)策略,主要提出了爨底下古村旅游開(kāi)發(fā)定位、戰(zhàn)略和旅游開(kāi)發(fā)策略;第六章,總結(jié)全文,提煉結(jié)論并提出本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)、不足以及有待進(jìn)一步研究的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Ancient village is a special cultural heritage composed of natural landscape and human landscape. It retains the ancient architectural art and landscape art in the ancient village. Traditional ethnic customs and so on. There are many such ancient villages in the western mountainous area of Beijing. Located in the middle of the narrow valley in the northwest of Jing-xi Ramadan, the ancient village of Cuan Xia was built in Yongle years. The 76 ancient courtyard buildings embody the village's rich historical culture, rich folklore activities and precious historical and cultural values. Along with our country enters the leisure vacation age, the ancient village as a kind of characteristic of the rural tourism, has also attracted more and more tourists. In the process of tourism development in ancient villages, there are also some problems, such as the damage to the environment caused by tourism development, the commercialization of tourism products in ancient villages is serious. These problems have seriously restricted the sustainable development of ancient village tourism resources. This paper takes Cuan Xia ancient village as the specific research object. Through investigating the current situation of Cuan Xia ancient village protection and tourism development, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the protection and development of Cuan Xia ancient village tourism resources, and puts forward the strategies of Cuan Xia ancient village tourism resources protection and tourism development. This paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, briefly describing the research background and significance of this paper, and the current situation of the research on ancient villages at home and abroad. The research contents and methods are summarized. The second chapter is the discussion of the research theory, the main related concepts involved in this paper are defined, the characteristics and main classification of ancient villages are analyzed, and the sustainable development theory involved in the research process of this paper is discussed. Stakeholder theory and tourism experience theory; The third chapter is the basic overview of Cuan Xia ancient village, mainly discusses the natural geography of Cuan Xia ancient village, historical evolution, ancient village layout, architectural characteristics and Cuan Xia ancient village research value; Chapter 4th is based on the questionnaire survey materials to analyze the current situation of tourism resources protection and tourism development: first of all, the tourism resources of Cuan Xia ancient village are summarized and the tourism quality is quantitatively evaluated. Secondly, it analyzes the situation of ancient village tourism market, and analyzes the advantages and problems in the protection and development of tourism resources. Chapter 5th puts forward the tourism resources protection and development strategy of Cuan Xia ancient village, mainly puts forward the tourism development orientation, strategy and tourism development strategy of Cuan Xia ancient village; Chapter 6th, summarizes the full text, abstracts the conclusion and puts forward the innovation point, the insufficiency and the question which needs further research.
