文章摘要：新型城鎮(zhèn)化在為鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展帶來重大機遇的同時也帶來了新的要求和挑戰(zhàn)。大力發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游,科學引導鄉(xiāng)村地域城鎮(zhèn)化,是中國新型城鎮(zhèn)化和鄉(xiāng)村經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的重大現(xiàn)實需求和重要科學命題。通過對新型城鎮(zhèn)化背景下鄉(xiāng)村旅游的審視和反思,認為鄉(xiāng)村旅游既面臨環(huán)境質量下降、鄉(xiāng)村文化受損、旅游同質競爭、整體品質不高、產(chǎn)業(yè)培育不足、資金人才短缺、運營模式落后、土地利用錯位等現(xiàn)實困境,又面臨著新形勢下需深入研究的諸多復雜性理論問題。提出要響應新時期國家重大戰(zhàn)略和鄉(xiāng)村旅游的發(fā)展需求,重點關注新型城鎮(zhèn)化背景下的鄉(xiāng)村旅游特性、新型城鎮(zhèn)化對鄉(xiāng)村旅游的影響與互動機制、旅游引導的新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展模式、鄉(xiāng)村旅游文化與鄉(xiāng)愁記憶的恢復與重構、鄉(xiāng)村生態(tài)文明與鄉(xiāng)村旅游的融合發(fā)展、鄉(xiāng)村旅游空間結構優(yōu)化及城鄉(xiāng)旅游一體化空間格局與機制、鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)品開發(fā)與產(chǎn)業(yè)融合創(chuàng)新、鄉(xiāng)村旅游社區(qū)參與及＂三農(nóng)＂問題解決路徑、鄉(xiāng)村旅游運營管理與政策制度創(chuàng)新等科學問題。通過深化理論研究和強化實踐應用,推動鄉(xiāng)村旅游提質增效升級,引導具備條件的鄉(xiāng)村走以旅游為導向的中國特色新型城鎮(zhèn)化道路,實現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)旅游互補和協(xié)調發(fā)展。

Abstr：The great opportunity of the development of rural tourism appears for new urbanization. Meanwhile, new demands and challenges are emerging. It is the rapid development of rural tourism and the scientific guidance of urbanization of rural areas that generate the significant and practical demand as well as the important and scientific proposition of new urbanization and the development of rural economy and society of China. By reviewing and rethinking rural tourism under the background of new urbanization, the realistic predicament of rural tourism is revealed such as environmental degradation, damage of rural culture, homogeneous competition of tourism, the low level quality overall, inadequate industrial training, shortage of fund and talent, lagging operation model, dislocation of land use, etc., at the same time, the indepth study is required to solve many theoretic problems of complexity under the new situation. The paper proposes some suggestions, for example, the response to the demand of the major national strategy and the development of rural tourism in the new period should focus on some scientific problems including the features of rural tourism under the background of new urbanization, the influence and interaction mechanism of new urbanization on rural tourism,tourism led development mode of new urbanization, the recovery and reconstruction of rural tourism culture and nostalgic memory, the development of integration between rural ecological civilization and rural tourism, the spatial optimization of rural tourism as well as the spatial pattern and mechanism of the integration of urban and rural tourism, the product development of rural tourism and industrial integration and innovation, the solution to
