【摘要】：文山壯族苗族自治州因特殊的地理位置,悠久的民族文化歷史,豐富的資源、民族資源,使得這塊古老而神奇的土地倍受世人關(guān)注。豐富的自然資源、人文資源為旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展奠定了基礎(chǔ),省、州黨委、政府強(qiáng)有力的政策導(dǎo)向?yàn)槁糜螛I(yè)的發(fā)展指明了方向。旅游與體育和民族體育的融合,展現(xiàn)了文山旅游業(yè)獨(dú)特而充滿潛力的發(fā)展前景。充分挖掘全州少數(shù)民族體育旅游資源,形成包含有少數(shù)民族體育元素的旅游特色,不斷豐富和促進(jìn)文化旅游業(yè)發(fā)展,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)意義。 本論文在調(diào)查研究、資料查詢、隨機(jī)調(diào)查、專家訪談等基礎(chǔ)上,梳理文山州10個(gè)少數(shù)民族體育旅游資源的分布特點(diǎn),針對(duì)在開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中存在的提升推廣不夠、資源開(kāi)發(fā)不充分、認(rèn)識(shí)不夠到位、宏觀指導(dǎo)不系統(tǒng)、專業(yè)人才匱乏等問(wèn)題,提出了文山州少數(shù)民族體育旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)的意義和可行性,以及在開(kāi)發(fā)中應(yīng)堅(jiān)持的民族性、體育活動(dòng)特征、與旅游業(yè)融合、保護(hù)性開(kāi)發(fā)、堅(jiān)持大眾參與的原則等5條基本原則。在實(shí)地調(diào)查和理論分析后,提出文山州少數(shù)民族體育旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)的構(gòu)想：1.成立協(xié)調(diào)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)機(jī)構(gòu)；2.透徹摸清家底；3.統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃開(kāi)發(fā)。主要工作有：1.加強(qiáng)宣傳工作形成輿論氛圍；2.整合資源打造特色品牌；3.改善基礎(chǔ)條件提供便利服務(wù)；4.發(fā)揮區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)形成民族體育旅游區(qū)；5.著眼長(zhǎng)久發(fā)展培養(yǎng)民族體育旅游人才。開(kāi)發(fā)模式設(shè)想為：1.民族文化生態(tài)村模式；2.專項(xiàng)體育競(jìng)賽模式；3.節(jié)慶日活動(dòng)開(kāi)發(fā)模式；4.傳承人沿襲開(kāi)發(fā)模式；5.政府引導(dǎo)開(kāi)發(fā)模式。
[Abstract]:Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture due to the special geographical location, long history of national culture, rich resources and national resources, so that this ancient and magical land attracted a lot of attention. The abundant natural resources, laid the foundation for development of human resources for the tourism industry, the State Party committee, pointed out the direction of the development of a strong government policy guidance for the tourist industry. The integration of tourism and sports and national sports, show the Wenshan tourism industry is unique and full of potential development prospects. To fully tap the state of minority national sports tourism resources, the formation of the national minority sports contains elements of tourism, and constantly enrich and promote the development of cultural tourism, it has important practical significance and long-term meaning.
In this paper, the investigation and study, data query, random survey, expert interview, on the basis of combing the distribution characteristics of Wenshan's 10 national minority sport tourism resources, aiming at the problems existing in the development process of the promotion is not enough, the resources are not fully developed, understanding is not in place, without the guidance of systematic view of macro, lack of professionals. The state of Wenshan minority national sports tourism resources development significance and feasibility, and nationality should persist in the development of the characteristics of sports activities, integration and tourism, protection of the development, adhere to the principle of public participation in the 5 basic principles in the field investigation and theoretical analysis, proposed the development of minority national sports tourism the concept of resources Wenshan: 1. the establishment of lead agency coordination; 2. thoroughly to find out the real situation; 3. overall planning development. The main work includes: 1. strengthening the propaganda work of the formation of public opinion atmosphere; the integration of resources to play 2. Build brand characteristics; to provide convenient services to improve the basic conditions of 3.; 4. play the advantage of the formation of the national sports tourism area; 5. focus on the long-term development of the cultivation of national sports tourism talent development model: 1.. Ideas for the ethnic cultural ecotourism mode; 2. special sports competition mode; 3. festivals 4. people follow the inheritance development mode; development mode; 5. the government led development model.
