游客凝視下鼓浪嶼旅游意象研究

【摘要】:鼓浪嶼作為廈門的一顆明珠,素來(lái)享有“萬(wàn)國(guó)建筑博覽”、“鋼琴之島”、“音樂(lè)之鄉(xiāng)”的美譽(yù)。但隨著鼓浪嶼旅游業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,鼓浪嶼面臨著旺季人滿為患、歷史建筑荒廢破敗、琴島名不副實(shí)等問(wèn)題,對(duì)其研究基本也鮮從游客視角出發(fā),而游客作為旅游產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的直接體驗(yàn)者,直接關(guān)系到旅游目的地的生存與發(fā)展,他們通過(guò)視覺(jué)感受到由眾多符號(hào)組成的外部景觀世界的特定意象。因此,從游客角度研究鼓浪嶼旅游意象對(duì)于旅游目的地的發(fā)展有著重要的意義。 本文正是在研究“游客凝視”和“旅游意象”理論的基礎(chǔ)上,以游客網(wǎng)絡(luò)評(píng)論為研究樣本,運(yùn)用內(nèi)容分析法對(duì)游客評(píng)論中所凝視到的鼓浪嶼符號(hào)進(jìn)行歸納和概括,從而獲得有關(guān)游客對(duì)鼓浪嶼的旅游目的地認(rèn)知意象,并采用扎根理論進(jìn)一步挖掘游客對(duì)鼓浪嶼的正面和負(fù)面的情感意象,進(jìn)而有針對(duì)性地為鼓浪嶼的旅游的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供一些對(duì)策,以期為改善和提升旅游目的地意象,為其發(fā)展規(guī)劃、目的地營(yíng)銷等提供一些參考。
[Abstract]:Gulangyu Islet as a pearl of Xiamen, has always enjoyed "architecture Expo", "Piano Island", "music village" in the world. But with the rapid development of tourism in Gulangyu Islet, Gulangyu Islet is facing season overcrowded, historic buildings abandoned dilapidated, Qindao bad problem, the basic research is fresh from the Perspective of tourists, and tourists as the direct experience of tourism products and services, directly related to the survival and development of the tourism destination, they feel the specific image composed of many symbols of the external world through the visual landscape. Therefore, from the perspective of visitors of Gulangyu Islet tourism image for tourism destination development has important meaning.
This paper is based on the "tourist gaze" and "tourism image" theory, as a tourist network review as the research sample, using the Gulangyu Islet sign content analysis on tourists in the comments at concluded and summed up, so as to obtain the tourists to Gulangyu Islet tourism destination cognitive image, and using grounded theory visitors to the Gulangyu Islet to further tap the positive and negative emotion, and then provide some countermeasures for sustainable development of Gulangyu Islet tourism, in order to improve and enhance the tourism destination image, its development plan, provide some reference to marketing.
