【摘要】：元上都,這座由元太祖成吉思汗之孫忽必烈(1215-1294年)于公元十三世紀中葉在中國北方草原上建立的都城,是世界歷史上十分著名的元朝夏都。它與元大都(今北京)共同構成中國元朝(1271-1368年)的兩大首都。元上都世界文化遺產(chǎn)的旅游開發(fā)利用對促進元上都文物的保護,增強元上都文化旅游吸引力和提高草原旅游知名度都具有重要意義,同時,也是突出草原文化旅游獨特個性、提升文化旅游品位及效益的關鍵之舉�？梢哉f,合理的開發(fā)和利用元上都世界文化遺產(chǎn)是錫林郭勒盟旅游業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的必然選擇。 雖然對元上都遺址的旅游利用時間較早,但作為世界級文化遺產(chǎn)的元上都,其旅游開發(fā)研究卻是一個全新的課題。在元上都世界文化遺產(chǎn)開發(fā)利用中如何處理好保護、傳承、利用之間的關系,如何進行元上都世界文化遺產(chǎn)的旅游開發(fā)和合理利用,使其既可以達到保護優(yōu)先,又可以獲得較好的經(jīng)濟、社會、文化效益是目前元上都世界文化遺產(chǎn)旅游開發(fā)要回答的重要問題。本文基于目前元上都世界文化遺產(chǎn)旅游開發(fā)面臨的問題,對元上都世界文化遺產(chǎn)的文化旅游開發(fā)進行了進一步研究。 本文首先梳理和界定了遺產(chǎn)旅游、生態(tài)旅游的內涵,并提出“遺產(chǎn)生態(tài)”概念及其保護體系。對元上都世界文化遺產(chǎn)的旅游開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀和問題進行了簡要分析,重點分析了元上都開發(fā)遺產(chǎn)生態(tài)旅游的自然條件、人文條件以及開發(fā)中存在的問題,在此基礎上提出元上都世界遺產(chǎn)地開發(fā)遺產(chǎn)生態(tài)旅游的必要性和重要意義。 論文重點論述了元上都遺址的開發(fā)背景,提出元上都世界文化遺產(chǎn)旅游開發(fā)的思路,具體構想包括：在開發(fā)中營造高端的文化遺產(chǎn)旅游環(huán)境與氛圍、提高旅游產(chǎn)品體驗和休閑價值、將旅游開發(fā)與相關歷史背景結合等。最后,從不同方面針對元上都文化遺產(chǎn)旅游開發(fā)利用提出具體對策。
[Abstract]:Yuanshangdu, a grandson of Gen Gi Khan Kublai by Yuan Taizu (1215-1294) in the mid thirteenth Century in the capital of the northern grassland Chinese established, is very famous in the history of the world. The summer it and Dadu (now Beijing) constitute Chinese yuan (1271-1368) two yuan on the capital. The world cultural heritage tourism development and utilization to promote the protection of cultural relics of the yuan are enhanced, yuan on cultural tourism attraction and are of great significance to improve the grassland tourism awareness at the same time, but also highlight the characteristics of the grassland culture tourism, the key to enhance the cultural tourism taste and benefit move. It can be said that the reasonable exploitation and utilization of yuan on the world cultural heritage is an inevitable choice for the sustainable development of tourism in Xilinguole Meng.
Although the site of the yuan tourism using an earlier time, but as the world cultural heritage of the yuan, the research on tourism development is a new subject. In the element on the development and utilization of cultural heritage in the world how to protect, inherit, use of the relationship between, how to conduct the yuan Tourism development are the world cultural heritage and the reasonable use, which not only can achieve the protection of priority, and can obtain good economic, social and cultural benefits is an important issue at present on the tourism development of world cultural heritage. This paper is to answer the element on the tourism development of world cultural heritage problems based on cultural tourism development of yuan all the world's cultural heritage was further studied.
This paper first summarizes and defines the connotation of heritage tourism, ecological tourism, and put forward the "ecological heritage" concept and its protection system. Briefly analyzed the status quo and problems of tourism development on the world cultural heritage, focuses on the analysis of the element on the development of ecological tourism heritage natural conditions, cultural conditions and existing in the development of the problem, put forward the necessity and significance on the world heritage heritage ecological tourism development on this basis.
The thesis focuses on the site development background, proposed on the world cultural heritage tourism development ideas, including specific ideas: to create a cultural environment of heritage tourism and high-end atmosphere in the development of tourism products, improve the experience and value of leisure, tourism development and related historical background and so on. Finally, from different aspects. The element on the development and utilization of cultural heritage tourism and puts forward the concrete countermeasures.
