【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展、交通的便捷化程度越來越高,人們的旅游休閑意識在逐漸加強,旅游業(yè)得到了快速的發(fā)展,女性表現(xiàn)出強烈的旅游意愿。許多國內(nèi)外學者開始研究游客的旅游動機差異,但是從跨文化角度對比中美兩國女性旅游動機差異的研究卻非常少,因此有必要對兩國女性旅游動機進行進一步對比研究。本文旨在討論中美兩國女性在旅游動機上文化差異的具體表現(xiàn),并用面子交際理論和霍夫斯塔德的三個文化維度(個體主義與集體主義,高權力距離與低權利距離,高不確定性規(guī)避與低不確定性規(guī)避)對中美兩國女性的旅游動機在文化差異的具體表現(xiàn)進行詳細的分析,在此基礎上提出了四個有關中美女性游客在旅游動機上的差異的假設:美國女性游客表現(xiàn)出個體主義,低權力距離以及低不確定規(guī)避的旅游動機,中國女性表現(xiàn)出集體主義,高權利距離以及高不確定性規(guī)避的旅游動機,同時,中國女性游客比美國女性游客更關注面子。本文采用調(diào)查問卷對中美受訪者進行實證研究以驗證以上假設是否成立,并運用SPSS軟件對研究結果進行分析。研究結果證實了本文提出的四個假設,即中美兩國女性游客在旅游動機方面存在許多差異,同時也有部分相似之處。最后,本文根據(jù)中美兩國女性游客在旅游動機上的文化差異提出相關建議,以期促進中國旅游業(yè)的進一步發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the degree of convenience of traffic is becoming higher and higher, people's awareness of tourism leisure is gradually strengthened, tourism has been rapid development. Many scholars at home and abroad began to study the difference of tourist motivation, but from the cross-cultural point of view, there is very little research on the difference of tourism motivation between Chinese and American women. Therefore, it is necessary to make a further comparative study on the female tourism motivation of the two countries. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the cultural differences between Chinese and American women in tourism motivation. Using face communication theory and Hofstad's three cultural dimensions (individualism and collectivism, high power distance and low power distance). High uncertainty avoidance and low uncertainty avoidance) to the Chinese and American women's tourism motivation in the cultural differences of the specific performance of a detailed analysis. On this basis, four hypotheses about the differences of tourist motivation between Chinese and American female tourists are put forward: American female tourists exhibit individualism, low power distance and low travel motivation to avoid uncertainty. Chinese women exhibit collectivism, high power distance and high uncertainty to avoid tourism motivation, at the same time. Chinese female tourists pay more attention to face than American female tourists. This paper makes an empirical study on the Chinese and American respondents to verify whether the above hypothesis is true or not. SPSS software was used to analyze the results of the study, which confirmed the four hypotheses proposed in this paper, that is, there are many differences in tourism motivation between Chinese and American female tourists. At the same time, there are some similarities. Finally, according to the cultural differences between Chinese and American female tourists in tourism motivation, this paper puts forward some suggestions in order to promote the further development of Chinese tourism.
