【摘要】：文化價值觀塑造旅游者的需求和行為,進而影響旅游者的決策、消費和評價行為。研究行為背后的文化價值觀,不但有助于目的地企業(yè)實現(xiàn)精準營銷,而且也有助于主客雙方增加彼此理解與認同。在系統(tǒng)收集和梳理英文文獻的基礎上,文章從文獻概況、研究內容、研究展望等角度進行了述評。研究時間上,2000年后該領域的文獻有較大幅度的增長;研究地域上,越來越多的研究選擇中國(包括香港和臺灣)作為研究對象;研究理論與方法上,多采用較為成熟的文化價值觀理論與量表,以定量研究為主;研究內容上,涉及旅游前行為、旅游中行為和旅游后行為。在此基礎上,文章提出未來研究要不斷完善文化價值觀理論與量表;注重研究設計的合理性;重視研究方法的嚴謹性;拓展和深化研究內容。
[Abstract]:Cultural values shape tourists' needs and behaviors, and then affect tourists' decision-making, consumption and evaluation behavior. Studying the cultural values behind the behavior will not only help the destination enterprises to achieve accurate marketing. On the basis of systematically collecting and combing the English literature, the paper reviews the literature from the perspectives of literature overview, research content, research prospects and so on. Since 2000, the literature in this field has increased by a large margin; In the area of research, more and more researches have chosen China (including Hong Kong and Taiwan) as the object of study. On the research theory and method, more mature cultural values theory and scale, mainly quantitative research; On the basis of the content of the research, it involves pre-tourism behavior, behavior in tourism and post-tourism behavior. On this basis, the paper puts forward that the future research should constantly improve the theory and scale of cultural values; Pay attention to the rationality of research and design; Attaching importance to the rigor of research methods; Expand and deepen the research content.
