【摘要】：隨著海峽兩岸之間的交流越來越頻繁，各種形式的交流也越來越多，尤其是在ECFA框架下，兩岸之間的經(jīng)濟交流也更進一步，農(nóng)業(yè)相關產(chǎn)業(yè)合作開始進入一個高峰期。山東省的農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟，無論是發(fā)展規(guī)模還是發(fā)展質(zhì)量，在全國范圍內(nèi)一直處于相對領先的位置，但是隨著后金融危機的影響，傳統(tǒng)的農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展受到嚴重的沖擊，瓶頸效應十分明顯，于是以休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)為主要新興農(nóng)業(yè)就成為未來山東農(nóng)業(yè)轉型的關鍵。相對于處在成熟發(fā)展時期臺灣地區(qū)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)，山東休閑農(nóng)業(yè)仍處于起步階段，為實現(xiàn)兩地的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展更為密切的合作，在ECFA的貿(mào)易協(xié)定框架下實現(xiàn)同步發(fā)展，需從根本上找到兩地在休閑農(nóng)業(yè)合作發(fā)展過程中可能遇到障礙和不足，進而找到促進臺灣和山東兩省休閑農(nóng)業(yè)合作互補路徑，最終實現(xiàn)兩者的共同發(fā)展之目標。 本文正式在這樣的背景下，首先在理論基礎部分界定了研究范圍，并介紹了國內(nèi)外休閑農(nóng)業(yè)有關文獻；其次對山東省與臺灣的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)合作，進行可行性分析；然后，進一步分析魯臺兩地休閑農(nóng)業(yè)合作的現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題；最后根據(jù)存在的問題，對如何推進兩地農(nóng)業(yè)合作提出對策和建議，達到優(yōu)勢互補、合作雙贏的目的。 在兩岸合作的大趨勢下，加強魯臺兩地的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)合作研究，深入推進對臺的農(nóng)業(yè)合作，意義不僅在于促進兩岸農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展、提升山東的農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化水平，同時也可以為其他省、市實現(xiàn)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展與合作提供借鑒和經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:With the communication between two sides of the Straits have become increasingly frequent, various forms of communication are more and more, especially in the framework of ECFA, cross-strait economic exchanges also further cooperation in agriculture related industry has entered a peak period. Shandong province's agricultural economy, both the development scale and the quality of development, has been in the country in a relatively leading position, but with the effect after the financial crisis, the traditional agricultural development has been a serious impact, the bottleneck effect is very obvious, so the main emerging agriculture has become the key to the future of agricultural transformation of Shandong leisure industry in Taiwan area. Compared with the mature period of development of leisure agriculture, leisure agriculture in Shandong is still in its infancy, for to realize the development of leisure agriculture and closer cooperation, realize the synchronous development in the ECFA trade agreement framework, need to find two fundamentally In the process of the development of leisure agriculture, we may encounter obstacles and shortcomings, and then find a complementary path to promote leisure agriculture cooperation between two provinces in Taiwan and Shandong, and ultimately achieve the goal of common development between them.
This paper formally in this context, firstly, in the part of basic theory, define the scope of the study, and introduces the domestic and foreign leisure agriculture related literature; secondly in Shandong province and Taiwan leisure agriculture cooperation, conduct a feasibility analysis; then, further analysis of the current situation of Shandong Taiwan leisure agriculture cooperation and existing problems; finally, according to the existing the problems, to put forward countermeasures and suggestions of how to promote their agricultural cooperation, complementary advantages, win-win cooperation.
In the trend of cross-strait cooperation, strengthen the study of leisure agriculture cooperation Shandong Taiwan, to further promote agricultural cooperation with Taiwan, is not only to promote cross-strait agricultural development, improve the level of agricultural modernization in Shandong, but also for other provinces, the development and cooperation of city leisure agriculture to provide reference and experience.
