基于游客體驗(yàn)的明中都皇故城考古遺址公園旅游產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)研究

【摘要】:21世紀(jì)是體驗(yàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,旅游也需要體驗(yàn)化,旅游者的旅游活動(dòng)已經(jīng)從傳統(tǒng)的觀光游轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閰⑴c體驗(yàn)式旅游。游客越來(lái)越注重對(duì)文化的追求和體驗(yàn),城市內(nèi)的遺址作為城市文化的重要組成部分,吸引了越來(lái)越多的旅游者。明中都皇故城考古遺址公園以其獨(dú)特的展示內(nèi)容—明中都皇故城及皇陵石刻,成為皖東地區(qū)具有代表性的城市類(lèi)遺址公園。明中都遺址旅游產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)層次不高,體驗(yàn)式旅游產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)不足,游客體驗(yàn)后滿(mǎn)意度低于旅游前期望,不能滿(mǎn)足游客對(duì)個(gè)性化旅游體驗(yàn)的期望。明中都皇故城考古遺址公園游客群體中,女性數(shù)量高于男性;以擁有中高等學(xué)歷的中青年為主;與朋友、同學(xué)或同事一起出行的較多;大部分游客的重游意愿不高但推薦意愿較高。游客期望與體驗(yàn)滿(mǎn)意度存在顯著性差異,游客總體不滿(mǎn)意;在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,主題體驗(yàn)活動(dòng)及咨詢(xún)服務(wù)等方面需加以重點(diǎn)改進(jìn)。結(jié)合體驗(yàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)背景,建議從旅游產(chǎn)品體驗(yàn)、環(huán)境營(yíng)造、體驗(yàn)設(shè)施改造、體驗(yàn)活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)和體驗(yàn)服務(wù)改進(jìn)等方面進(jìn)行明中都皇故城考古遺址公園旅游產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Twenty-first Century is the experience of the economic era, tourism needs to be experienced, tourist activities have changed from the traditional tourism to participate in experiential tourism. Tourists are paying more and more attention to the pursuit and experience of culture. As an important part of urban culture, the sites in the city have attracted more and more tourists. In the Ming Imperial Gucheng Archaeological Park to demonstrate its unique content in Gucheng and Huang Ming Tombs carved stone, become east Anhui representative city ruins park. The development level of tourism products in Ming Zhong Du ruins is not high, and the development of experiential tourism products is insufficient. Tourists' satisfaction degree after tourist experience is lower than that of tourism, which can not satisfy tourists' expectations of personalized tourism experience. The number of tourists in the Gucheng archeological Park of Ming Dynasty is higher than that of men. The number of women is higher than that of men. The young and middle school students who have higher education level are more likely to travel. There is a significant difference between tourists' expectation and experience satisfaction. Tourists generally are not satisfied. In terms of infrastructure, theme experience activities and consulting services, we need to focus on improvement. Combined with the background of experience economy, it is suggested that tourism products development of Gucheng Archaeological Park in Ming Dynasty should be done from tourism product experience, environment creation, experience facility renovation, experience activity design and experience service improvement.
