文章摘要:中俄界江是黑龍江省發(fā)展生態(tài)旅游的重要潛力區(qū)之一,科學(xué)評價其生態(tài)旅游潛力是合理開發(fā)生態(tài)旅游資源,促進(jìn)中俄邊境地區(qū)生態(tài)旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。基于生態(tài)位理論,結(jié)合中俄界江生態(tài)旅游發(fā)展實(shí)踐,從旅游資源、旅游環(huán)境、旅游社區(qū)、旅游市場、旅游區(qū)位和旅游交通6個維度構(gòu)建了生態(tài)旅游潛力生態(tài)位評價指標(biāo)體系,使用Simpson模型和Pianka模型計(jì)算了中俄界江生態(tài)旅游潛力生態(tài)位寬度和生態(tài)位重疊度。研究表明:①中俄界江沿岸14個縣市區(qū)生態(tài)旅游潛力生態(tài)位寬度評價值為6.15~18.80;②中俄界江生態(tài)旅游潛力生態(tài)位寬度空間特征明顯,漠河、黑河、撫遠(yuǎn)、密山為I級潛力區(qū),蘿北、嘉蔭、同江、虎林和饒河為II級潛力區(qū),塔河、呼瑪、孫吳、綏濱和遜克為Ⅲ級潛力區(qū),烏蘇里江河段生態(tài)旅游潛力生態(tài)位寬度大于黑龍江河段,生態(tài)旅游資源子系統(tǒng)與生態(tài)旅游潛力生態(tài)位寬度的相關(guān)性最高;③中俄界江沿岸共有69對縣市生態(tài)旅游潛力生態(tài)位重疊度大于0.5,占到總數(shù)的75.82%,表明其生態(tài)旅游潛力要素具有較大的相似性,易導(dǎo)致激烈的旅游競爭。最后提出了黑龍江省中俄界江生態(tài)旅游總體發(fā)展對策包括加強(qiáng)生態(tài)旅游資源與環(huán)境保護(hù)、開發(fā)特色多元的生態(tài)旅游產(chǎn)品、培育和開拓境內(nèi)外市場、深化境內(nèi)外生態(tài)旅游合作、完善生態(tài)旅游設(shè)施,并針對不同潛力區(qū)給出了差異性的生態(tài)旅游發(fā)展對策。
Abstr:The Sino-Russian border river area is a hot spot for ecotourism in Heilongjiang, and a fundamental scientific assessment of ecotourism development potential and sustainable ecotourism development is required. Based on niche theory and current ecotourism practices in the Sino-Russian border river, an evaluation index system of ecotourism potential niche was established, which includes six components ranging from ecotourism resources, ecotourism environment, ecotourism community, ecotourism market, and ecotourism location to ecotourism traffic. With the Simpson model and Pianka model, niche breadth and niche overlap of potential eco-tourism cases were calculated. We found that the scores of the ecotourism potential niche breadth of the Sino-Russian border river is between 6.15 and 18.80. Ecotourism potential niche evaluation of each subsystem niche breadth shows that spatial difference is significant: Heihe city, Fuyuan County, Mishan City belong to level I of the potential area; Luobei County, Jiayin County, Tongjiang City, Hulin City and Raohe County belong to level II of the potential area; and Tahe County, Huma County, Sunwu County, Suibin County and Xunke County belong to level of the potential area. The niche width of the Ussuri River is bigger than that of the Heilongjiang River. Ecotourism resources subsystem and ecotourism potential niche breadth boasts the highest correlation. There are 69 pairs of Sino-Russian border river ecotourism potential niche overlap degree greater than 0.5, accounting for 75.82% of the total, which illustrates ecotourism in different counties of the Sino-Russian border river has great similarity in some potential factors aspects.
