【摘要】：1912年,朱麗葉·洛創(chuàng)立了美國女童軍,它是一個(gè)專為女孩服務(wù)的校外教育組織。該組織一直強(qiáng)調(diào)培養(yǎng)女孩的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,以確保她們成為未來的變革者與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者。如今,美國女童軍已經(jīng)成為世界上培養(yǎng)女孩領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的先鋒。本論文梳理、總結(jié)其成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn),以期我國相關(guān)的教育組織學(xué)習(xí)與借鑒。本論文由緒論、正文四章和結(jié)語六部分組成。緒論部分界定了"美國女童軍"和"領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力"的概念,闡明了本研究的理論與實(shí)踐意義,綜述了國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,最后介紹了本論文的研究方法。第一章介紹了美國女童軍領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)的概況,主要梳理了美國女童軍的發(fā)展歷史以及不同時(shí)期培養(yǎng)女孩領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力觀念和內(nèi)容的變化。美國女童軍,從20世紀(jì)初期到20世紀(jì)中期,強(qiáng)調(diào)培養(yǎng)女孩的個(gè)體領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,以改變她們的命運(yùn);20世紀(jì)中后期,強(qiáng)調(diào)培養(yǎng)女孩的內(nèi)心領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,為社會(huì)提供服務(wù);21世紀(jì)至今,強(qiáng)調(diào)培養(yǎng)女孩的團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,讓世界更加美好。第二章論述了美國女童軍領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)的組織,主要研究了美國女童軍的行政機(jī)構(gòu)、人員分配、制度保障以及財(cái)政支持。美國女童軍是非營利性的機(jī)構(gòu),由政府撥款、社會(huì)捐助等資金支持,依靠眾多的志愿者作為義工、專業(yè)職工、女童軍成人領(lǐng)袖以及董事會(huì)成員等。他們也負(fù)責(zé)開發(fā)、推廣女童軍領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力項(xiàng)目以及帶領(lǐng)或協(xié)助女童軍們完成各種相關(guān)活動(dòng)。在小隊(duì)制度、晉級制度與激勵(lì)制度的保障下,女孩們的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力得到長足的發(fā)展。第三章美國女童軍領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)包括"領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力歷程"專項(xiàng)項(xiàng)目和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)輔助項(xiàng)目。依據(jù)女孩身心發(fā)展的特點(diǎn),女童軍組織為六個(gè)級別的女童軍分別設(shè)置了適齡的"領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力歷程"項(xiàng)目,有效地培養(yǎng)了各階段女孩的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)的輔助項(xiàng)目主要包括餅干銷售項(xiàng)目、STEM項(xiàng)目、野營以及其他戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目,以增加女孩們的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)經(jīng)驗(yàn),提升她們的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力。第四章研究了美國女童軍領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)的評價(jià)。美國女童軍把領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力有機(jī)地分解成發(fā)現(xiàn)、聯(lián)系和行動(dòng)三種能力。每一種能力又細(xì)分了五個(gè)評價(jià)指標(biāo),并且每一指標(biāo)相對應(yīng)的評價(jià)內(nèi)容與女童軍所處的級別相關(guān)聯(lián)。女童軍組織尊重了女孩的身心發(fā)展規(guī)律,有效地評價(jià)了女孩各方面的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)素養(yǎng)和技能。結(jié)語部分總結(jié)了美國女童軍領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),包括創(chuàng)辦女性青少年校外教育組織、建立系統(tǒng)性的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)機(jī)制和開發(fā)針對性的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)項(xiàng)目以及凝聚社會(huì)力量發(fā)展女孩領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力諸方面。
[Abstract]:In 1912, Juliet Lo founded the American Girl Scouts, an outside-school education organization for girls. The organization has focused on building girls' leadership to ensure that they become future transformers and leaders. Today, the American Girl Scouts have become the world's pioneers in developing girls' leadership. This paper combs, summarizes its successful experience, expects our country related education organization to study and draw lessons from. This thesis consists of six parts: introduction, four chapters and conclusion. The introduction defines the concepts of "American Girl Scout" and "leadership", clarifies the theoretical and practical significance of this study, summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad, and finally introduces the research methods of this paper. The first chapter introduces the general situation of American Girl Scout leadership training, mainly combing the development history of American Girl Scout and the change of the concept and content of training Girl Scout leadership in different periods. From the beginning of the 20th century to the middle of the 20th century, the American Girl Scouts have emphasized the cultivation of individual leadership of girls to change their destiny and the cultivation of inner leadership of girls to serve society from the middle to the end of the 20th century. Emphasis on developing girls' team leadership to make the world a better place. The second chapter discusses the organization of American Girl Scout leadership training, mainly studies the administration, personnel distribution, system guarantee and financial support of American Girl Scout. The American Girl Scout is a non-profit organization supported by government grants, social donations, and a large number of volunteers as volunteers, professional workers, adult leaders and board members. They are also responsible for developing, promoting, and leading or assisting scouts in various activities. Under the protection of team system, promotion system and incentive system, girls' leadership has been greatly developed. Chapter 3: the leadership training of American Girl Guides includes the leadership course Program and the leadership support Program. According to the characteristics of girls' physical and mental development, the Girl Scout Organization set up "leadership course" projects for six levels of Girl Scouts, which effectively cultivated the leadership of girls in all stages. Support programs for leadership development include the biscuit sales program STEM, camping and other outdoor sports to increase girls' leadership experience and improve their leadership. The fourth chapter studies the evaluation of American Girl Scout leadership training. The American Girl Scouts have broken down leadership into three abilities: discovery, connection, and action. Each ability is subdivided into five evaluation indicators, and the corresponding evaluation content of each index is related to the level of the girl scout. The Girl Scouts respected the rules of girls' physical and mental development and effectively evaluated the girls' leadership qualities and skills. The conclusion summarizes the successful experiences of the American Girl Scout leadership development, including the establishment of the female Youth Out-of-School Education Organization. To establish a systematic leadership training mechanism and develop targeted leadership development programs, as well as to unite social forces to develop girls' leadership.
