RJ公司供應(yīng)商績(jī)效考核評(píng)價(jià)體系改進(jìn)研究

隨著電子信息技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,使得電子生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)獲得了快速發(fā)展的空間與機(jī)遇,并逐漸成為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要組成部分。所以,加強(qiáng)電子生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)內(nèi)部的經(jīng)營管理,提升經(jīng)營管理績(jī)效,降低生產(chǎn)制造成本,已經(jīng)成為電子生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的重要思路和方向。而本次研究的主要目的就是研究RJ公司供應(yīng)商績(jī)效考核評(píng)價(jià)體系的改進(jìn)的;诖,應(yīng)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研法、訪談法、平衡記分卡法等,以從事電子生產(chǎn)制造為主營業(yè)務(wù)的RJ公司為例,對(duì)其供應(yīng)商績(jī)效考核評(píng)價(jià)體系的構(gòu)建問題,進(jìn)行深入討論和研究,并對(duì)其供應(yīng)商績(jī)效考核評(píng)價(jià)體系進(jìn)行優(yōu)化和改善,進(jìn)而保持與供應(yīng)商之間的友好合作關(guān)系,使企業(yè)的物資材料質(zhì)量得到保障,加強(qiáng)雙方的誠信經(jīng)營,并最大限度地降低企業(yè)的采購成本,同時(shí)提高企業(yè)的運(yùn)營效率。本文針對(duì)RJ公司的實(shí)際情況,構(gòu)建其供應(yīng)商績(jī)效考核評(píng)價(jià)體系,具有很強(qiáng)的針對(duì)性和有效性,對(duì)RJ公司改善供應(yīng)商績(jī)效考核現(xiàn)狀,具有直接的作用和價(jià)值;本論文盡管是針對(duì)RJ公司提出,但是本論文構(gòu)建的供應(yīng)商績(jī)效考核評(píng)價(jià)體系不僅適用于RJ公司,同時(shí)對(duì)于從事電子生產(chǎn)制造的其它企業(yè),也同樣具有一定的參考和借鑒價(jià)值。
