【摘要】：在內外因素的交互干擾下,城市廢棄物資源化共生網絡表現得格外脆弱,探尋其脆弱性的理論內涵、影響因素及其作用機制是開展脆弱性治理的前提。借鑒復雜系統脆弱性理論,從能力和績效兩個角度解析其理論內涵,指出系統脆弱性在能力上可以用敏感性、適應性和恢復力予以刻畫,在績效上表現為增值性不強、共享性不足和生態(tài)性不佳。通過梳理國內外研究文獻,從共生單元、網絡結構、共生機制、網絡氛圍和環(huán)境不確定性5個維度提煉出脆弱性影響因素;以網絡動態(tài)能力為結合點,將SCP(Structure Conduct Performance)和CAS(Complexity Adaptive System)兩種理論有機融合,構建一個以共生單元素質、網絡結構特征、共生機制屬性、政策有效性為外因變量,以網絡動態(tài)能力為中介變量,以網絡脆弱性為結果變量,以網絡氛圍和環(huán)境不確定性為調節(jié)變量的理論框架。未來可利用大樣本調查方法對該理論框架進行實證檢驗,探討城市廢棄物資源化共生網絡脆弱性的形成機理。
[Abstract]:Under the interaction of internal and external factors, the urban waste resource symbiotic network is very fragile, and explores the theoretical connotation of its vulnerability. The influencing factors and their action mechanism are the premise of developing vulnerability management. Using the theory of complex system vulnerability for reference, this paper analyzes its theoretical connotation from two angles of ability and performance, and points out that system vulnerability can be used as sensitivity in ability. Adaptability and resilience are characterized by low value-added, insufficient sharing and poor ecology. Through combing the domestic and foreign research literature, from symbiotic unit, network structure, symbiotic mechanism, The five dimensions of network atmosphere and environment uncertainty extract the influencing factors of vulnerability, take the network dynamic ability as the combination point, combine SCP(Structure Conduct performance) and CAS(Complexity Adaptive system organically, construct a symbiotic unit quality and network structure characteristic. The attribute of symbiotic mechanism, the policy effectiveness as the external dependent variable, the network dynamic ability as the intermediary variable, the network vulnerability as the result variable, Taking the network atmosphere and the environmental uncertainty as the theoretical framework of regulating variables, we can use the large sample survey method to empirically test the theoretical framework in the future, and discuss the formation mechanism of the vulnerability of the urban waste recycling symbiotic network.
