【摘要】：2008年源自美國(guó)的金融危機(jī)導(dǎo)致全球經(jīng)濟(jì)低迷，我國(guó)的對(duì)外貿(mào)易受其影響，進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易額在2009年出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重下滑，并在2010年3月罕見地出現(xiàn)了72.4億美元的貿(mào)易逆差，反映了中國(guó)貿(mào)易條件的惡化。因此，金融發(fā)展顯著影響一國(guó)的對(duì)外貿(mào)易，這一點(diǎn)也得到學(xué)術(shù)界的廣泛認(rèn)可。當(dāng)前中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)處于轉(zhuǎn)型期，金融發(fā)展的質(zhì)量有待提升，金融效率較低、金融結(jié)構(gòu)需要進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化。同時(shí)，要加快出口技術(shù)水平的提升，提高我國(guó)出口產(chǎn)品的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。鑒于此，研究中國(guó)金融發(fā)展和出口技術(shù)水平的關(guān)系，深入了解金融發(fā)展在促進(jìn)出口技術(shù)水平提升上所起的作用，進(jìn)而明確深化金融改革的方向，通過有效的金融手段促進(jìn)出口企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新，對(duì)于我國(guó)出口質(zhì)量的提升與經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)具有非常重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 在理論研究中，，本文回顧已有關(guān)于金融發(fā)展對(duì)國(guó)際貿(mào)易影響的理論，在這些理論的基礎(chǔ)上，基于不同行業(yè)企業(yè)外部金融依賴度的差異，利用企業(yè)異質(zhì)性構(gòu)建模型，分析闡述金融發(fā)展對(duì)一國(guó)出口品技術(shù)水平影響的內(nèi)在機(jī)理，并在模型分析的基礎(chǔ)上集合已有的理論詳細(xì)闡述了金融發(fā)展對(duì)出口技術(shù)水平影響的傳導(dǎo)機(jī)制。 在實(shí)證研究中，本文通過外部金融依賴度將金融發(fā)展與出口技術(shù)水平結(jié)合起來，利用中國(guó)制造業(yè)27個(gè)細(xì)分行業(yè)1994-2009年的面板數(shù)據(jù)，對(duì)金融發(fā)展如何影響各個(gè)行業(yè)的出口技術(shù)水平做出實(shí)證分析。在Rodrik(2006)計(jì)算方法的基礎(chǔ)上度量了各行業(yè)的出口技術(shù)水平，利用反映金融規(guī)模、效率、結(jié)構(gòu)三個(gè)層面的六個(gè)指標(biāo)實(shí)證分析了金融市場(chǎng)發(fā)展對(duì)出口技術(shù)水平的差異性影響，并針對(duì)金融依賴度不同的行業(yè)進(jìn)行了分樣本考察。結(jié)論認(rèn)為:金融發(fā)展水平的提高顯著促進(jìn)了中國(guó)出口技術(shù)水平的提升，但金融發(fā)展的規(guī)模、效率和結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)出口技術(shù)水平的作用不同，對(duì)不同技術(shù)水平的行業(yè)影響也有差異。 通過理論和實(shí)證分析，結(jié)合我國(guó)金融體系的現(xiàn)狀，本文提出了四點(diǎn)建議以促進(jìn)金融發(fā)展，提高我國(guó)出口平技術(shù)水平。分別是：建立完善多層次的金融市場(chǎng)體系；優(yōu)化金融市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)，增強(qiáng)金融業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)；發(fā)展完善風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資體系促進(jìn)內(nèi)生技術(shù)進(jìn)步；制訂多樣的行業(yè)金融支持政策。
[Abstract]:The financial crisis that originated in the United States in 2008 led to a global economic downturn, which affected China's foreign trade. The volume of import and export trade dropped sharply in 2009, and in March 2010, it showed a rare trade deficit of 7.24 billion US dollars. This reflects the deterioration of China's terms of trade. Therefore, the financial development has a significant impact on a country's foreign trade, which has been widely recognized by the academic community. At present, China's economy is in a transitional period, the quality of financial development needs to be improved, the financial efficiency is low, and the financial structure needs to be further optimized. At the same time, it is necessary to speed up the upgrading of export technology and improve the international competitiveness of China's export products. In view of this, we should study the relationship between China's financial development and export technology level, understand in depth the role that financial development plays in promoting the upgrading of export technology level, and then clarify the direction of deepening financial reform. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the technological innovation of export enterprises through effective financial means for the promotion of export quality and the sustained economic growth in China. In the theoretical research, this paper reviews the existing theories about the impact of financial development on international trade. On the basis of these theories, based on the differences in the degree of external financial dependence of enterprises in different industries, we use the heterogeneity of enterprises to build a model. This paper analyzes and expounds the internal mechanism of the influence of financial development on a country's export technology level, and on the basis of model analysis, sets together the existing theories to elaborate in detail the transmission mechanism of financial development's influence on export technology level. In the empirical study, this paper combines financial development with export technology level through external financial dependence, and uses the panel data from 1994 to 2009 in 27 subsectors of manufacturing industry in China. This paper makes an empirical analysis on how the financial development affects the export technology level of various industries. In this paper, the export technology level of various industries is measured on the basis of Rodrik's 2006) calculation method, and the differential influence of financial market development on export technology level is analyzed by using six indexes reflecting financial scale, efficiency and structure. And has carried on the sample inspection to the industry which the financial dependence degree is different. The conclusion is that the improvement of the level of financial development has significantly promoted the upgrading of export technology in China, but the scale, efficiency and structure of financial development have different effects on the level of export technology, as well as on different industries of different technological levels. Through theoretical and empirical analysis, combined with the current situation of China's financial system, this paper puts forward four suggestions to promote the development of finance and improve the level of our country's export technology. They are: to establish and perfect the multi-level financial market system; to optimize the financial market structure and enhance the competition of the financial industry; to develop and perfect the venture capital system to promote endogenous technological progress; to formulate various industry financial support policies.
