韶山景區(qū)青少年紅色旅游市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)研究

【摘要】:紅色旅游是一項(xiàng)以弘揚(yáng)愛(ài)國(guó)主義精神、革命精神和革命歷史遺跡等特色旅游活動(dòng)吸引游客的旅游項(xiàng)目。紅色旅游產(chǎn)品寓教于樂(lè),拓展了青少年道德教育和學(xué)習(xí)的空間,因此青少年紅色旅游受到了國(guó)家相關(guān)部門(mén)以及家長(zhǎng)的重視。然而青少年紅色旅游市場(chǎng)處于初始階段,有關(guān)青少年紅色旅游市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)的研究文章也微乎其微。青少年作為紅色旅游市場(chǎng)的重要部分,研究青少年紅色旅游市場(chǎng)的開(kāi)發(fā)有著十分重要的意義。 論文對(duì)青少年紅色旅游中的旅游主體,即青少年旅游者的范圍進(jìn)行了限定,將其年齡范圍界定在7歲到28歲之間。文章建立了評(píng)價(jià)韶山青少年紅色旅游市場(chǎng)總體發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)主要包含四個(gè)因素,分別是保障支持體系、景區(qū)管理、旅游營(yíng)銷(xiāo)以及產(chǎn)品的教育功能等。根據(jù)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果,采取單層模糊綜合評(píng)判方法對(duì)韶山青少年紅色旅游市場(chǎng)的四個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果顯示,保障支持體系、景區(qū)管理和產(chǎn)品的教育功能等三個(gè)指標(biāo)的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果為“一般”,旅游營(yíng)銷(xiāo)的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果為“較差”。根據(jù)以上評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果所得數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用多層模糊綜合評(píng)判方法對(duì)韶山景區(qū)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行總體評(píng)價(jià),結(jié)論顯示青少年對(duì)韶山景區(qū)的總體評(píng)價(jià)不是很高,總體評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果為“一般”。 結(jié)合模糊綜合評(píng)判結(jié)果,分析韶山青少年紅色旅游市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)呈現(xiàn)的距離衰減特征。并通過(guò)模糊綜合評(píng)判結(jié)果對(duì)韶山青少年紅色旅游市場(chǎng)的特點(diǎn)、韶山景區(qū)青少年紅色旅游發(fā)展存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析。通過(guò)分析,對(duì)韶山青少年紅色旅游市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)定位和功能定位,將韶山景區(qū)的青少年客源市場(chǎng)分為核心、次要和邊緣客源市場(chǎng)三個(gè)部分。根據(jù)青少年旅游市場(chǎng)特點(diǎn)與市場(chǎng)存在問(wèn)題,本文最后從完善保障支持體系、根據(jù)青少年教育心理需求進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)、全面進(jìn)行韶山紅色旅游營(yíng)銷(xiāo)策劃、完善韶山青少年紅色旅游管理體制等四方面提出開(kāi)發(fā)青少年紅色旅游市場(chǎng)的戰(zhàn)略和對(duì)策。建議具體包括加大相關(guān)部門(mén)的支持、進(jìn)一步健全政策法規(guī)、開(kāi)發(fā)紅色旅游道德教育產(chǎn)品、開(kāi)發(fā)特色體驗(yàn)旅游產(chǎn)品、策劃旅游主題形象、建立旅游信息系統(tǒng)、加強(qiáng)旅游服務(wù)質(zhì)量管理、加強(qiáng)旅游景區(qū)安全管理、加強(qiáng)旅游行業(yè)管理等措施。
[Abstract]:Red tourism is a tourist project which attracts tourists by carrying forward the spirit of patriotism, revolutionary spirit and revolutionary historical relics. The red tourism product educates and amuses, expands the youth moral education and the study space, therefore the youth red tourism has received the national related department and the parents' attention. However, the youth red tourism market is in its initial stage, and the research articles on the development of the youth red tourism market are also very small. As an important part of red tourism market, it is of great significance to study the development of youth red tourism market. In this paper, the main body of tourism in juvenile red tourism, that is, the range of juvenile tourists, is limited, and its age range is defined between 7 and 28 years old. This paper establishes an evaluation index system to evaluate the overall development of Shaoshan juvenile red tourism market. The evaluation index mainly includes four factors, which are security support system, scenic spot management, tourism marketing and educational function of products. Based on the data of questionnaire survey, the four evaluation indexes of Shaoshan youth red tourism market were evaluated by single layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The evaluation results show that the evaluation results of the three indexes are "general" and "poor" in terms of the support system, the management of scenic spots and the educational function of the products. According to the data obtained from the above evaluation results, the development of Shaoshan Scenic area is evaluated with the method of multi-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The conclusion shows that the overall evaluation of Shaoshan Scenic area by teenagers is not very high, and the overall evaluation result is "General". Based on the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, this paper analyzes the distance attenuation characteristics of juvenile red tourism market structure in Shaoshan. The characteristics of juvenile red tourism market in Shaoshan and the problems existing in the development of juvenile red tourism in Shaoshan scenic spot are analyzed through the result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. By analyzing the market orientation and function of Shaoshan youth red tourism market, the youth tourist market of Shaoshan scenic spot is divided into three parts: core, secondary and marginal tourist market. According to the characteristics of the youth tourism market and the problems in the market, this paper finally from the improvement of the support system, according to the psychological needs of youth education product development, Shaoshan red tourism marketing planning, To perfect the management system of juvenile red tourism in Shaoshan, this paper puts forward the strategies and countermeasures to develop the juvenile red tourism market. The suggestions include increasing the support of relevant departments, further improving policies and regulations, developing red tourism moral education products, developing characteristic experience tourism products, planning tourism theme images, and establishing tourism information systems. Strengthen the quality management of tourism service, strengthen the safety management of scenic spots, strengthen the management of tourism industry and other measures.
