【摘要】：民國(guó)時(shí)期是中國(guó)癆病傳染的高峰時(shí)期，癆病嚴(yán)重影響人們的生活。中國(guó)防癆協(xié)會(huì)作為當(dāng)時(shí)唯一關(guān)注癆病的專業(yè)性學(xué)術(shù)社團(tuán)，在癆病防治方面做出了重大貢獻(xiàn)。本文以遷入北京前的中國(guó)防癆協(xié)會(huì)為研究對(duì)象，從以下幾個(gè)方面展開(kāi)論述：第一章，中國(guó)防癆協(xié)會(huì)成立部分，分析學(xué)會(huì)成立的時(shí)代背景和過(guò)程；第二章，中國(guó)防癆協(xié)會(huì)組織，，介紹學(xué)會(huì)的組織機(jī)構(gòu)沿革和變遷；第三章和第四章是本文的重點(diǎn)章節(jié)，詳細(xì)論述了學(xué)會(huì)的各項(xiàng)防癆實(shí)踐活動(dòng)：創(chuàng)辦期刊、舉辦展覽、組織勸止吐痰運(yùn)動(dòng)、創(chuàng)辦診療所和兒童夏令營(yíng)、發(fā)行防癆章等，重點(diǎn)考察了學(xué)會(huì)在防癆方面采取的各項(xiàng)措施和發(fā)揮的作用。 總之，中國(guó)防癆協(xié)會(huì)自成立之初便一直致力于肺癆的知識(shí)傳播和衛(wèi)生實(shí)踐活動(dòng)，促進(jìn)了民眾衛(wèi)生觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變和中國(guó)防癆體系的創(chuàng)建，也為新中國(guó)防癆體系的發(fā)展奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The period of the Republic of China was the peak of tuberculosis infection in China, which seriously affected people's lives. As the only professional academic association concerned with tuberculosis at that time, the Chinese Tuberculosis Association made great contributions to the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis. This article takes the China Tuberculosis Association before moving to Beijing as the research object, starting from the following aspects: the first chapter, the establishment part of the China Tuberculosis Association, analyzes the background and process of the establishment of the society; the second chapter, the organization of the China Tuberculosis Association, The third and fourth chapters are the key chapters of this paper, and discuss in detail the practical activities of the society against tuberculosis, such as setting up periodicals, holding exhibitions, organizing campaigns to stop spitting, The establishment of clinics and summer camps for children, the distribution of tuberculosis stamps and so on, focused on the measures taken and the role played by the society in the prevention of tuberculosis. In short, since its inception, the China Tuberculosis Association has been devoted to the dissemination of knowledge and health practice of tuberculosis, which has promoted the transformation of public health concepts and the establishment of the Chinese TB prevention system. Also for the development of the new China TB system laid a solid foundation.
