當(dāng)代復(fù)合型會(huì)展建筑交通空間設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:會(huì)展業(yè)作為城市經(jīng)濟(jì)中蓬勃發(fā)展的朝陽(yáng)產(chǎn)業(yè),具有高利潤(rùn)、高產(chǎn)出、關(guān)聯(lián)效益強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn)。在國(guó)外尤其是一些發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家,會(huì)展業(yè)已成為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的新增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。國(guó)內(nèi)自20世紀(jì)90年代以后,會(huì)展業(yè)亦呈現(xiàn)出良好的發(fā)展勢(shì)頭。據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計(jì),近年來(lái)我國(guó)會(huì)展規(guī)模和數(shù)量年均增速達(dá)20%,已成為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的助推器。除會(huì)展的直接收入和帶動(dòng)相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)取得巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益外,會(huì)展業(yè)在加快城市基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)、促進(jìn)城市環(huán)保、改善人居環(huán)境、提高城市知名度等方面,均可產(chǎn)生巨大的推動(dòng)作用。在此背景下會(huì)展建筑作為直接服務(wù)于經(jīng)貿(mào)活動(dòng)的建筑類(lèi)型,積極地融入活躍的世界經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)之中,并以其獨(dú)有的經(jīng)濟(jì)功能成為推動(dòng)城市發(fā)展的必要手段,但會(huì)展建筑的建設(shè)熱潮也引發(fā)一系列的問(wèn)題,隨著當(dāng)代會(huì)展建筑規(guī)模越來(lái)越大,展會(huì)舉辦時(shí)期的交通問(wèn)題顯得尤為突出和重要,它不僅直接關(guān)系到展會(huì)能否成功運(yùn)作,更對(duì)城市周邊交通大環(huán)境產(chǎn)生著舉足輕重的影響。 本文以會(huì)展建筑的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和會(huì)展期間產(chǎn)生的交通問(wèn)題為出發(fā)點(diǎn),系統(tǒng)考察了當(dāng)代會(huì)展建筑的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)及交通問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的動(dòng)因。研究運(yùn)用了系統(tǒng)論方法,通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)研和比較研究,對(duì)會(huì)展建筑的復(fù)合模式以及基于不同復(fù)合模式的交通系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)部運(yùn)行狀況進(jìn)行客觀分析,歸納推理得出當(dāng)代復(fù)合型會(huì)展建筑交通空間設(shè)計(jì)的普遍規(guī)律與方法,包括宏觀城市交通策略、中觀場(chǎng)地交通組織和微觀建筑交通空間設(shè)計(jì)三個(gè)方面。最后將總結(jié)的規(guī)律應(yīng)用到參與的實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目——中國(guó)博覽會(huì)會(huì)展綜合體,得出當(dāng)代復(fù)合型會(huì)展建筑的交通空間設(shè)計(jì)求解。 本文創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于以城市設(shè)計(jì)與建筑設(shè)計(jì)的角度,從建筑復(fù)合模式入手進(jìn)行交通空間設(shè)計(jì)方法的研究,有助于從整體把握會(huì)展建筑系統(tǒng)與城市系統(tǒng)的關(guān)系,,以及會(huì)展建筑空間系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部各要素的關(guān)系,對(duì)大型會(huì)展建筑的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)具有比較全面的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:As a booming industry in the urban economy, the exhibition industry has the characteristics of high profit, high yield and strong relevance. In foreign countries, especially in some developed countries, the exhibition industry has become a new growth point in the economic development. Since 1990s, the exhibition industry has also shown a good momentum of development. According to incomplete statistics, in recent years, the exhibition industry has been in recent years. In China, the scale and number of mice increase by 20% annually, which has become a booster of the national economy. In addition to the direct income of the exhibition and the great economic benefits of the related industries, the exhibition industry has a great impetus to accelerate the urban infrastructure construction, promote the environmental protection of the city, improve the living environment and improve the popularity of the city. In this context, the exhibition architecture, as a kind of building type directly serving the economic and trade activities, actively integrates the active world economic activities, and has become a necessary means to promote the development of the city with its unique economic function. However, the construction upsurge of the exhibition architecture has also caused a series of problems. With the increasing scale of the exhibition architecture, the exhibition is becoming more and more large. The traffic problem in the period of holding is particularly prominent and important. It is not only directly related to the successful operation of the exhibition, but also has a decisive influence on the traffic environment around the city.
Based on the present situation of the development of the exhibition architecture and the traffic problems during the period of the exhibition, this paper systematically investigates the development trend of the Contemporary Exhibition Architecture and the cause of the traffic problems. The research and application of the system theory method, through field investigation and comparative study, the complex model of the exhibition architecture and the traffic based on the different compound modes The internal running status of the system is analyzed objectively, and the general rules and methods of the modern complex exhibition architecture traffic space design are concluded, including the macro urban traffic strategy, the meso site traffic organization and the micro architectural traffic space design in three aspects. Finally, the general rules are applied to the participating practical projects. The design of the transport space of the contemporary complex exhibition building is solved by the Expo complex.
The innovation point of this paper is to study the design method of traffic space from the perspective of urban design and architectural design. It is helpful to grasp the relationship between the exhibition building system and the urban system as a whole, and the relationship between the internal elements of the exhibition building space system, and the comparison of the planning and design of the large exhibition architecture. The overall guiding significance.
