【摘要】： 山東省作為文物大省,地上地下文物資源豐富,隨著經濟的快速發(fā)展,各級政府對博物館的建設越來越重視,最近幾年,一批博物館在山東各地建立起來,還有一些老館正在或計劃改擴建。加之文化體制改革的不斷深入、博物館行業(yè)評估定級工作的有序開展、博物館面對社會的免費開放,這些都對博物館的發(fā)展帶了新的機遇,但也提出了挑戰(zhàn)。尤其是在近期的博物館行業(yè)評估定級檢查中,暴露出山東地區(qū)博物館發(fā)展中的一些問題。本文正是在此基礎上,通過全面考察中小型博物館的發(fā)展現狀,總結出存在的具體問題,并分析了導致這些問題出現的原因,提出相應的解決辦法,以有助于山東地區(qū)博物館抓住機遇獲得更好的發(fā)展,從而滿足新形勢對博物館的要求。 全文分五章： 第一章：新形勢下山東地區(qū)博物館的發(fā)展概況。這部分包括兩方面內容,山東地區(qū)博物館事業(yè)的發(fā)展概況和新形勢為中小型博物館的發(fā)展帶來了機遇。發(fā)展概況主要介紹了最近幾年山東省博物館事業(yè)的發(fā)展,數量的增加和水平的提高。 第二章：中小型博物館的藏品來源狀況。這部分通過分析藏品來源的現狀,指出目前藏品來源枯竭,并對其原因進行了深入分析,在此基礎上從改革體制、更新觀念等方面提出了豐富博物館藏品的一些具體措施。 第三章：中小型博物館的藏品管理狀況。這部分首先分析了藏品管理的現狀,重點指出在目前藏品管理中存在的主要問題,最后針對這些問題從提高認識、健全制度、加強人員培訓等方面提出相關措施。 第四章：中小型博物館的陳列展覽狀況。這部分通過考察中小型博物館的陳列狀況,發(fā)現山東地區(qū)中小型博物館陳列內容雷同、缺乏特色,陳列形式單一、僵化。對此分析說明如何突出陳列展覽的地方特色,將小型、專題作為中小型博物館陳列展覽的主要形式。 第五章：中小型博物館的科學研究狀況。這部分通過對現狀的分析,著重指出山東地區(qū)中小型博物館在科學研究的自覺性、科研隊伍的建設、科研對象和科研條件等方面的不足,從而提出有針對性地對策。
[Abstract]:As a large province of cultural relics, Shandong Province is rich in cultural relics on the ground and underground. With the rapid development of the economy, governments at all levels have attached more and more importance to the construction of museums. In recent years, a number of museums have been established in various parts of Shandong. Some old pavilions are being or are planned to be rebuilt and expanded. In addition, with the deepening of the cultural system reform, the orderly development of the evaluation and grading of the museum industry, and the free opening of the society, the museum has brought new opportunities to the development of the museum, but also put forward challenges. In particular, some problems in the development of museums in Shandong are exposed in the recent evaluation and grading of museum industry. On the basis of this, this paper summarizes the existing concrete problems, analyzes the causes of these problems, and puts forward the corresponding solutions through a comprehensive investigation of the development status of small and medium-sized museums. In order to help the museums in Shandong to seize the opportunity to obtain better development, thus meeting the requirements of the new situation for museums. This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter: the development of Shandong Regional Museum under the new situation. This part includes two aspects: the general situation and the new situation of the museum undertaking in Shandong region bring opportunities for the development of small and medium-sized museums. This paper introduces the development, quantity and level of museums in Shandong Province in recent years. Chapter II: the status of the collection of small and medium-sized museums. Through analyzing the current situation of the source of the collection, this part points out that the source of the collection is exhausted at present, and makes a thorough analysis of its causes. On this basis, it puts forward some concrete measures to enrich the museum collection from the aspects of reforming the system and renewing the concept. Chapter three: collection management of small and medium-sized museums. This part first analyzes the current situation of collection management, points out the main problems in the current collection management, and finally puts forward the relevant measures from the aspects of improving understanding, perfecting the system, strengthening personnel training and so on. Chapter four: the display and exhibition of small and medium-sized museums. This part by investigating the display situation of small and medium-sized museums, found that Shandong small and medium-sized museums display the same content, lack of characteristics, display form single, rigid. This analysis shows how to highlight the local characteristics of the exhibition, small, special as the main form of exhibition display in small and medium-sized museums. Chapter five: the status of scientific research in small and medium-sized museums. Through the analysis of the present situation, this part emphatically points out the deficiency of the small and medium-sized museums in Shandong area in the aspects of consciousness of scientific research, construction of scientific research team, scientific research object and scientific research condition, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
