【摘要】：政府介入會(huì)展業(yè)的微觀活動(dòng),導(dǎo)致會(huì)展市場(chǎng)的"諾斯悖論"現(xiàn)象。借鑒威廉姆森范式(AS)研究,通過探索政府干預(yù)會(huì)展行業(yè)的合理邊界,剖析政府介入會(huì)展業(yè)行為的內(nèi)在動(dòng)力。在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建政府介入會(huì)展業(yè)的合理角色,從經(jīng)濟(jì)制度、法律制定、環(huán)境培育、行業(yè)引導(dǎo)諸方面提出政府促進(jìn)會(huì)展業(yè)發(fā)展的建議。
[Abstract]:The government's involvement in the microscopic activities of the exhibition industry leads to the "North Paradox" phenomenon in the exhibition market. By exploring the reasonable boundary of government intervention in convention and exhibition industry, the internal motive force of government intervention in convention and exhibition industry is analyzed by using the Williamson paradigm as a reference. On this basis, the reasonable role of the government in the exhibition industry is constructed, and the suggestions of the government to promote the development of the exhibition industry are put forward from the aspects of economic system, law making, environmental cultivation and industry guidance.
