【摘要】：隨著中國加入WTO,以及北京奧運(yùn)會和上海世博會等重大社會經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的開展,我國在近十年內(nèi)建設(shè)了一大批高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、高規(guī)格的體育場館、會展中心、機(jī)場航站樓等社會公共建筑,這給我國鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的大力發(fā)展帶來良好的契機(jī)；同時(shí),對從事鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的企業(yè)而言,面臨著行業(yè)間更激烈的競爭。而鋼結(jié)構(gòu)作為一個(gè)國家建筑行業(yè)水平的重要衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),值得研究。 本文以中國二冶鋼結(jié)構(gòu)公司為例,研究其核心業(yè)務(wù)的競爭戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展。首先對中國二冶鋼結(jié)構(gòu)公司及其核心業(yè)務(wù)簡單論述,在此基礎(chǔ)上分別從宏觀環(huán)境和產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境分析其所在的外部環(huán)境；其次,通過波特五力模型及SWOT分析等工具研究其內(nèi)部環(huán)境及現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合現(xiàn)狀分析,對企業(yè)核心業(yè)務(wù)競爭戰(zhàn)略作進(jìn)一步的研究,做戰(zhàn)略定位及戰(zhàn)略選擇；最后進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施。 論文在研究過程中結(jié)合企業(yè)實(shí)際情況,對中國二冶鋼結(jié)構(gòu)核心業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的戰(zhàn)略分析,因此,提出的建議對中國二冶鋼結(jié)構(gòu)公司的發(fā)展具有一定的實(shí)踐意義,對西北地區(qū)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)行業(yè)的其他企業(yè)也具有一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With China's accession to the WTO, and the development of major social and economic activities such as the Beijing Olympic Games and the Shanghai World Expo, China has built a large number of high standard and high specification sports venues, convention centers, airport terminals and other social public buildings in the past decade. This brings a good chance to the development of steel structure in our country, at the same time, for the enterprises engaged in steel structure, they are facing more fierce competition among industries. Steel structure as an important measure of the level of construction industry in a country, it is worth studying. In this paper, the development of core business competition strategy of Erye Steel structure Company in China is studied. First of all, it simply discusses the steel structure company and its core business in China, and then analyzes its external environment from the macro environment and the industrial environment respectively. This paper studies its internal environment and current situation through Porter's five-force model and SWOT analysis, and makes further research on the competitive strategy of enterprise's core business, and makes strategic positioning and strategic choice, and finally carries on the implementation of the strategy. According to the actual situation of the enterprise, the paper makes a detailed strategic analysis on the core business of Erye steel structure in China. Therefore, the suggestions put forward are of practical significance to the development of Erye Steel structure Company in China. It can also be used for reference to other enterprises in the steel structure industry in Northwest China.
