【摘要】:本文以人力資源管理理論為基礎(chǔ),以有針對(duì)性的人員訪談和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查為工具,通過(guò)對(duì)比分析的方法,對(duì)GBE展覽公司的人力資源管理問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了全面的診斷。首先,文章結(jié)合了會(huì)展行業(yè)的行業(yè)特點(diǎn)和小微公司“小”的特點(diǎn),從GBE展覽公司的用人模式、人員招聘、薪酬發(fā)放、員工培訓(xùn)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的作用幾個(gè)大的方面入手,全面識(shí)別該公司的人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀,找到其中的問(wèn)題所在。其次,依據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果,從上述幾個(gè)方面對(duì)該公司做了深入細(xì)致的問(wèn)題分析。最后,在以上研究的基礎(chǔ)上提出了針對(duì)公司目前人力資源管理狀況的改進(jìn)措施,包括打造固定員工和臨時(shí)員工相結(jié)合的用人模式,個(gè)別崗位實(shí)行人力資源外包,建立人才梯隊(duì),完善招聘和薪酬管理制度,開(kāi)展員工培訓(xùn),提高公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的個(gè)人魅力和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力等方面。文章對(duì)于GBE展覽公司改善人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀,解決招人難、留人難的問(wèn)題等方面有著重要的指導(dǎo)意義。 本文的貢獻(xiàn)主要在于:(1)結(jié)合了會(huì)展服務(wù)行業(yè)的行業(yè)特點(diǎn),結(jié)合了小微公司“小”的特點(diǎn),對(duì)服務(wù)于會(huì)展行業(yè)的處于起步階段的小微公司的人力資源管理狀況進(jìn)行了探討,并做了有針對(duì)性的調(diào)查和訪談。(2)通過(guò)對(duì)GBE展覽公司人力資源管理問(wèn)題的診斷,提出了相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)措施。此研究成果也可普及到其他相關(guān)行業(yè)的小微公司,對(duì)小微公司完善人力資源管理制度有著指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of human resource management, this paper makes a comprehensive diagnosis of the human resource management of GBE exhibition company by means of the method of comparative analysis, using targeted personnel interviews and questionnaires as tools. First of all, the article combines the industry characteristics of the exhibition industry and the "small" characteristics of small and micro companies, starting from the GBE exhibition company's employment model, personnel recruitment, salary distribution, staff training, leadership role in several major aspects. Fully identify the current situation of the company's human resources management, and find out where the problem lies. Secondly, according to the survey results, from the above several aspects of the company to do a thorough and detailed problem analysis. Finally, on the basis of the above research, the paper puts forward the improvement measures for the current situation of human resources management of the company, including creating a combination of fixed and temporary employees, implementing human resource outsourcing in individual posts, and establishing talent echelons. Perfect recruitment and salary management system, develop employee training, improve personal charm and leadership ability of company leaders. The article has important guiding significance for GBE exhibition company to improve the present situation of human resource management and solve the problems of recruiting and retaining people. The contribution of this paper mainly lies in: (1) combining the industry characteristics of the exhibition service industry and the "small" characteristics of the small micro companies, this paper discusses the human resource management situation of the small micro companies serving the exhibition industry at the initial stage. Through the diagnosis of human resource management in GBE exhibition company, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward. The research results can also be popularized to other related industries of small micro companies, small companies to improve the human resources management system has a guiding significance.
