依托行業(yè)展覽的網(wǎng)絡(luò)會(huì)展研究

【摘要】:隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的日益普及和會(huì)展業(yè)發(fā)展的需要,網(wǎng)絡(luò)會(huì)展這種新型會(huì)展模式,,也在我國(guó)興起。但網(wǎng)絡(luò)會(huì)展如何更好地結(jié)合電子商務(wù)、實(shí)體展覽以提高其可持續(xù)發(fā)展性是個(gè)比較突出的問題。本文用文獻(xiàn)研究法、歸納法、概念分析法對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)會(huì)展進(jìn)行分析,提出依托行業(yè)展覽的網(wǎng)絡(luò)會(huì)展模式,并以阿拉丁照明網(wǎng)為例進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,以期能夠?qū)π袠I(yè)會(huì)展企業(yè)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)會(huì)展發(fā)展方面有一定借鑒價(jià)值。 本文首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外網(wǎng)絡(luò)會(huì)展研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,并對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)會(huì)展概念重新進(jìn)行了界定:“網(wǎng)絡(luò)會(huì)展”是對(duì)實(shí)體會(huì)展的虛擬,是組織、展出、展覽活動(dòng)的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)及會(huì)展組織者、參展商、觀眾之間的交流都通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行的一種展覽。其本質(zhì)是集傳統(tǒng)會(huì)展眾多服務(wù)功能與網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)于一體的一種會(huì)展模式。 接著本文對(duì)我國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)會(huì)展發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在問題進(jìn)行了探討:目前我國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)會(huì)展發(fā)展極具潛力,但仍處于起步階段,存在誠(chéng)信和網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全等問題,網(wǎng)絡(luò)會(huì)展發(fā)展模式還不成熟,無法脫離傳統(tǒng)會(huì)展獨(dú)立發(fā)展。本文對(duì)行業(yè)展覽發(fā)展網(wǎng)絡(luò)會(huì)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行了分析,認(rèn)為現(xiàn)有的行業(yè)展覽可以充分利用其豐富的行業(yè)資源、充足的辦展經(jīng)驗(yàn)和強(qiáng)大的品牌優(yōu)勢(shì),通過專業(yè)的行業(yè)網(wǎng)站建設(shè),和行業(yè)展覽進(jìn)行充分地結(jié)合,形成實(shí)體展覽、網(wǎng)絡(luò)展覽、行業(yè)網(wǎng)站為中心的立體式會(huì)展網(wǎng)絡(luò),將網(wǎng)絡(luò)會(huì)展發(fā)展成為行業(yè)資源中心。 在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文提出我國(guó)依托行業(yè)展覽的網(wǎng)絡(luò)會(huì)展的運(yùn)作模式:行業(yè)展覽--行業(yè)資源--行業(yè)網(wǎng)站。此模式以行業(yè)展覽為依托,在行業(yè)資源基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展網(wǎng)絡(luò)會(huì)展,以會(huì)展主體需求為中心進(jìn)行網(wǎng)站功能優(yōu)化,以行業(yè)為中心進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)資源整合,最能體現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)會(huì)展的作用和效果。 最后通過對(duì)阿拉丁照明網(wǎng)的發(fā)展模式分析,驗(yàn)證本文提出的網(wǎng)絡(luò)會(huì)展“行業(yè)展覽--行業(yè)資源--行業(yè)網(wǎng)站”模式的可行性和在提升企業(yè)服務(wù)、管理水平方面的顯著功效,并對(duì)我國(guó)發(fā)展網(wǎng)絡(luò)會(huì)展提出了意見和建議。我國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)會(huì)展的發(fā)展可以從網(wǎng)絡(luò)會(huì)展與傳統(tǒng)會(huì)展相結(jié)合、樹立良好的企業(yè)文化和品牌形象、強(qiáng)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)會(huì)展增值服務(wù)優(yōu)勢(shì)、形成行業(yè)資源交流中心、建立健全的認(rèn)證管理體制,提升目標(biāo)客戶群的信心指數(shù)、提升網(wǎng)絡(luò)會(huì)展專業(yè)化水平等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:With the increasing popularity of network technology and the needs of the development of exhibition industry, the new exhibition mode of network exhibition is also emerging in China. However, how to combine E-commerce better, and how to improve its sustainable development by physical exhibition is an outstanding problem. This article uses the literature research method, inductive method, the concept analysis method to analyze the network exhibition, proposes the network exhibition pattern which relies on the industry exhibition, and takes Aladdin lighting network as an example to carry on the empirical research. With a view to the industry exhibition enterprises in the development of network exhibition has a certain reference value. This paper firstly analyzes the present situation of the research on the network exhibition at home and abroad, and redefines the concept of the network exhibition: "network exhibition" is the virtual organization of the physical exhibition, the organization, the exhibition, the exhibition activity and the exhibition organizer. An exhibition in which exhibitors and spectators communicate through the Internet. Its essence is a kind of convention and exhibition mode which integrates the traditional convention and exhibition service function and the network technology. Then this paper discusses the current situation and existing problems of the development of the network exhibition in our country: at present, the development of the network exhibition in our country has great potential, but still in the initial stage, there are some problems such as honesty and network security, and the development mode of the network exhibition is not mature. Can not separate from the traditional exhibition independent development. This paper analyzes the advantages of developing the network exhibition of the industry exhibition, and thinks that the existing industry exhibition can make full use of its abundant industry resources, sufficient experience of running the exhibition and strong brand advantage, and through the construction of the professional industry website, Combining fully with the industry exhibition, it forms a three-dimensional exhibition network centered on physical exhibition, network exhibition and industry website, which develops the network exhibition into an industry resource center. On this basis, this paper puts forward the operation mode of network exhibition based on industry exhibition in our country: industry exhibition-industry resource-industry website. This model is based on the industry exhibition, develops the network exhibition on the basis of the industry resources, optimizes the website function with the exhibition main body demand as the center, and takes the industry as the center to integrate the industry resources, which can best reflect the function and effect of the network exhibition. Finally, through the analysis of the development mode of Aladdin Lighting Network, it verifies the feasibility of the model of "Industry Exhibition-Industry Resource-Industry website" proposed in this paper and its remarkable effect in improving the service and management level of enterprises. And put forward the opinion and suggestion to our country to develop the network exhibition. The development of the network exhibition in our country can combine the network exhibition with the traditional exhibition, establish the good enterprise culture and brand image, strengthen the advantage of the network exhibition value-added service, form the trade resource exchange center, establish the perfect certification management system. Improve the target customer confidence index, improve the level of professional network exhibition and other aspects.
