【摘要】: 本文以BSP礦業(yè)有限公司的“三步走”戰(zhàn)略作為研究課題。首先介紹了該礦業(yè)有限公司“三步走”戰(zhàn)略的選題背景,然后對論文的理論意義和實踐意義做了相關闡述,介紹了相關的文獻,同時對論文的思路和結(jié)構安排進行了介紹并指出了本文的創(chuàng)新。運用戰(zhàn)略管理的SWOT分析方法和五力模型分析了企業(yè)內(nèi)部的優(yōu)勢和劣勢、外部的機會和威脅,為該礦業(yè)有限公司的“三步走”戰(zhàn)略分析和實施奠定了理論基礎。再從“三步走”戰(zhàn)略的的SWOT經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略,“三步走”戰(zhàn)略的可行性及必要性,戰(zhàn)略目標,實施步驟和基本要求對企業(yè)的“三步走”戰(zhàn)略進行了較為詳盡的闡述,能夠有效地指導該礦業(yè)有限公司“三步走”戰(zhàn)略的實施。在該礦業(yè)有限公司“三步走”戰(zhàn)略的具體實施方面,提出了企業(yè)首先要創(chuàng)新管理措施,其要點包括要夯實安全基礎并創(chuàng)新管理手段,要突出“兩個重點”、開展“四個會展”以杜絕事故的發(fā)生,要求企業(yè)內(nèi)部要實現(xiàn)思想的高度統(tǒng)一。其次,企業(yè)要在制度建設上采取相應措施,具體而言包括加大增收力度,加強成本控制以實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟效益的穩(wěn)步增長。此外,還要在人力資源建設上下大功夫,大力引進有利于企業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)秀人才。最后,該礦業(yè)有限公司要注意加大對于文化建設的力度,主要包括企業(yè)的發(fā)展要時時刻刻做到以人為本,切實關注民生,真正讓員工享受到企業(yè)發(fā)展的成果;強調(diào)企業(yè)的發(fā)展要以經(jīng)濟建設為中心,并以政治思想工作和黨建工作來服務于發(fā)展這一大局;要全力打造高效管理團隊并加大對于煤礦業(yè)的安全文化的深入宣傳。本文對于BSP礦業(yè)有限公司的發(fā)展有重要的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In this paper, BSP Mining Co., Ltd. "three-step" strategy as a research topic. This paper first introduces the background of the "three steps" strategy of the mining co., Ltd., then expounds the theoretical and practical significance of the paper, and introduces the relevant literature. At the same time, the ideas and structure of the paper are introduced and the innovation of this paper is pointed out. By using the SWOT analysis method of strategic management and the five-force model, this paper analyzes the internal strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats of the enterprise, which lays a theoretical foundation for the "three-step" strategic analysis and implementation of the mining company. Then, from the SWOT management strategy of "three-step" strategy, the feasibility and necessity of "three-step" strategy, the strategic goal, the implementation steps and the basic requirements, the paper expounds the "three-step" strategy in detail. The company can effectively guide the implementation of the "three-step" strategy. In the concrete implementation aspect of the "three steps" strategy of the mining co., Ltd., it is put forward that the enterprises should first innovate the management measures, the main points of which are to consolidate the safety foundation and innovate the management means, and to stress the "two emphases" Carrying out "four exhibitions" in order to prevent accidents, requires the enterprise to achieve a high degree of unity of thought. Secondly, the enterprise should take the corresponding measures in the system construction, including increasing the income, strengthening the cost control in order to realize the steady increase of the economic benefit. In addition, we should make great efforts in the construction of human resources and vigorously introduce talented people who are conducive to the development of enterprises. Finally, the mining company should pay more attention to the strength of cultural construction, including the development of enterprises should always do people-oriented, practical attention to people's livelihood, really let employees enjoy the results of enterprise development; It is emphasized that the development of enterprises should be centered on economic construction and serve the overall situation of development with the work of political ideology and party building, and that it is necessary to build an efficient management team and to increase the in-depth propaganda for the safety culture of coal mining industry. This article has important reference significance for the development of BSP Mining Co., Ltd.
