【摘要】： 進(jìn)入信息社會(huì),科學(xué)技術(shù)迅猛發(fā)展,各類新興傳播載體不斷涌現(xiàn),人們的交流與溝通意識(shí)普遍得到加強(qiáng)。各類會(huì)展活動(dòng)不再滿足于過(guò)去那種單一的以展品為載體的信息傳遞方式,希望設(shè)計(jì)師能充分挖掘會(huì)展設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)象在信息傳播和交流的潛力,采用行之有效的設(shè)計(jì)方法,來(lái)提高信息傳遞與交流的質(zhì)和量,從而更好地服務(wù)于各類會(huì)展活動(dòng)。 系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)是以對(duì)現(xiàn)代科學(xué)研究具有普遍指導(dǎo)意義的系統(tǒng)論思想和觀點(diǎn)為基礎(chǔ),順應(yīng)現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)在環(huán)境、對(duì)象、因素等方面越來(lái)越多的制約和復(fù)雜化限定情況下,把設(shè)計(jì)的對(duì)象置于系統(tǒng)的形式中,始終從系統(tǒng)的整體性和相互聯(lián)系上來(lái)研究設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)象及有關(guān)問(wèn)題,從而達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)總體目標(biāo)的最優(yōu)和實(shí)現(xiàn)這個(gè)目標(biāo)的過(guò)程和方式的最優(yōu)。同樣它對(duì)現(xiàn)代會(huì)展設(shè)計(jì)具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。本文將系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的理念運(yùn)用于會(huì)展設(shè)計(jì)中,就是以系統(tǒng)的方式,把會(huì)展設(shè)計(jì)的過(guò)程看成由諸多要素組成的有機(jī)整體,研究會(huì)展設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成要素及關(guān)系,探求影響其發(fā)展的深層機(jī)制,進(jìn)而提出會(huì)展系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的對(duì)策,作為會(huì)展系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的依據(jù)和指導(dǎo),建立會(huì)展系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方法即系統(tǒng)分析——系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)——系統(tǒng)整合。 本文結(jié)合過(guò)去會(huì)展活動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì)研究和分析以及在實(shí)踐過(guò)程中的思考和總結(jié),對(duì)會(huì)展活動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行解構(gòu)與整合,全方位多角度地對(duì)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)思想在會(huì)展設(shè)計(jì)中的運(yùn)用作整體概括與分析,然后構(gòu)建整個(gè)會(huì)展活動(dòng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的思路和框架,以便于指導(dǎo)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施。對(duì)于將來(lái)的會(huì)展活動(dòng)和行業(yè)的發(fā)展都會(huì)有所啟發(fā),對(duì)提升會(huì)展行業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益都會(huì)具有現(xiàn)實(shí)的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In the information society, with the rapid development of science and technology, all kinds of new communication carriers emerge constantly, and people's communication and communication consciousness is generally strengthened. All kinds of exhibition activities are no longer satisfied with the single information transmission mode with exhibits as the carrier in the past. It is hoped that designers can fully tap the potential of exhibition design objects in the dissemination and exchange of information, and adopt effective design methods. To improve the quality and quantity of information transmission and communication, so as to better serve all kinds of exhibition activities. System design is based on the thought and viewpoint of system theory, which is of universal guiding significance to modern scientific research, and conforms to the more and more restrictive and complicated conditions of modern design in the aspects of environment, object, factor, etc. The design object is placed in the form of the system, and the design object and related problems are always studied from the whole and interrelation of the system, so as to achieve the optimum of the overall design goal and the process and the way to achieve the goal. It also has the important guiding significance and the application value to the modern exhibition design. In this paper, the concept of system design is applied to the exhibition design, that is, in a systematic way, the process of the exhibition design is regarded as an organic whole composed of many elements, and the constituent elements and relationships of the exhibition design system are studied. This paper explores the deep mechanism that affects the development of the exhibition system, and then puts forward some countermeasures for the design of the exhibition system. As the basis and guidance of the design of the exhibition system, the design method of the exhibition system is established, that is, the system analysis, the system design and the system integration. This paper combines the past design research and analysis of the exhibition activities, as well as in the practice of thinking and summing up, the design of the exhibition activities to deconstruct and integrate. This paper generalizes and analyzes the application of the system design idea in the exhibition design from all directions and angles, and then constructs the train of thought and frame of the whole exhibition activity system design, so as to guide the design and implementation. It will enlighten the future exhibition activities and the development of the industry, and will have practical reference value for improving the economic and social benefits of the exhibition industry.
