山東地區(qū)辦公建筑自然通風(fēng)的節(jié)能分析及舒適性探討

【摘要】: 由于傳統(tǒng)封閉式空調(diào)帶來的室內(nèi)空氣品質(zhì)的下降以及建筑可持續(xù)發(fā)展的需要,自然通風(fēng)這種傳統(tǒng)的通風(fēng)方式重新成為研究熱點。合理地利用自然通風(fēng)可以降低能耗,甚至不消耗能耗,并且能提供新鮮空氣,改善室內(nèi)空氣品質(zhì),滿足人們對舒適健康室內(nèi)環(huán)境的需求。 根據(jù)國內(nèi)外對自然通風(fēng)的研究方法及研究現(xiàn)狀,分析了現(xiàn)階段自然通風(fēng)潛力的各評價指標(biāo)。就濟(jì)南地區(qū)辦公建筑自然通風(fēng)潛力進(jìn)行分析,并從室外氣象各參數(shù),包括溫度、相對濕度、風(fēng)速風(fēng)向,太陽輻射等,以及室內(nèi)不同的得熱量來評價通風(fēng)潛力,得出在室外氣象參數(shù)一定時,室內(nèi)得熱量越大用來消除余熱余濕的通風(fēng)換氣量越大,通風(fēng)有效性越低,其自然通風(fēng)潛力越小。 本文對部分辦公建筑夏季及過渡季的熱環(huán)境進(jìn)行調(diào)查和實測,得到了濟(jì)南市室內(nèi)熱舒適溫度與室外氣溫的回歸方程,tc=0.292tw+17.402。根據(jù)回歸方程及適應(yīng)性舒適模型80%接受率得出自然通風(fēng)工況下熱舒適溫度范圍,得到濟(jì)南市自然通風(fēng)工況下舒適溫度點28.3℃。一定程度上拓寬了室內(nèi)舒適溫度區(qū)18℃-26℃,節(jié)約了夏季的空調(diào)能耗。 針對濟(jì)南市某八層辦公建筑建立建筑模型,通過Dest能耗軟件對其冷熱能耗進(jìn)行逐時動態(tài)模擬。研究了通風(fēng)換氣次數(shù)、通風(fēng)時間段對室溫及空調(diào)溫度的影響,結(jié)論表明濟(jì)南地區(qū)夜間通風(fēng)換氣次數(shù)已3次/h為宜,再增加換氣次數(shù)對降低白天空調(diào)能耗沒有多大意義,夜間通風(fēng)時間段對室溫及空調(diào)溫度影響較小。分析了不同朝向、不同樓層的自然室溫的分布規(guī)律;分析了采用夜間通風(fēng)和不采用夜間通風(fēng)時的全年逐時單位建筑面積空調(diào)冷熱負(fù)荷的變化曲線,指出采用夜間通風(fēng)能將全年逐時單位建筑面積空調(diào)冷負(fù)荷由140 w/m2降低到120 w/m2。節(jié)能效果非常明顯。通過三種不同工況的模擬比較,得出c3工況及夜間通風(fēng)室內(nèi)空調(diào)溫度設(shè)定28.3℃最經(jīng)濟(jì),整個空調(diào)季可節(jié)省電費(fèi)14.7萬。 通過Airpak軟件對整個辦公建筑的風(fēng)環(huán)境進(jìn)行模擬,在夏季風(fēng)向為西南風(fēng),風(fēng)速為2.8m/s時得到建筑迎風(fēng)面及背風(fēng)面的壓強(qiáng)及風(fēng)速分布。一層二層為展覽廳及門廳空間,可以形成良好的穿堂風(fēng)。3層以上為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層,取第四層的整個辦公區(qū)進(jìn)行模擬,從速度場、溫度場、空氣齡及PMV場分析室內(nèi)的熱環(huán)境。在內(nèi)門不打開及走廊內(nèi)側(cè)無高窗時的熱環(huán)境較差,氣流速度溫度不均勻,北向房間空氣滯留時間長,冷熱對比明顯。通過在走廊內(nèi)側(cè)墻上開高窗改善了辦公區(qū)的熱環(huán)境,風(fēng)速溫度都較均勻,適宜紙面作業(yè),空氣新鮮,且PMV在-0.452413-0.530547之間,舒適性較好,也有利于提高工作效率。 本項目得到山東省教育廳科技項目《山東地區(qū)公共建筑自然通風(fēng)節(jié)能潛力及評價指標(biāo)體系研究》的資助,項目編號:J09LE10。
[Abstract]:Due to the decline of indoor air quality caused by traditional closed air conditioning and the need of sustainable development of buildings, the traditional ventilation mode of natural ventilation has become a hot research topic again. Reasonable use of natural ventilation can reduce energy consumption, even not consume energy consumption, and can provide fresh air, improve indoor air quality, and meet the needs of people for comfortable and healthy indoor environment. According to the research methods and present situation of natural ventilation at home and abroad, the evaluation indexes of natural ventilation potential at present are analyzed. This paper analyzes the natural ventilation potential of office buildings in Jinan, and evaluates the ventilation potential from outdoor meteorological parameters, including temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, wind direction, solar radiation, and different indoor heat. It is concluded that when the outdoor meteorological parameters are fixed, the larger indoor heat is used to eliminate residual heat and moisture, the greater the ventilation capacity is, and the lower the ventilation effectiveness is, the smaller the natural ventilation potential is. In this paper, the thermal environment of some office buildings in summer and transition season is investigated and measured, and the regression equation of indoor thermal comfort temperature and outdoor temperature is obtained, which is 0.292tw 17.402. According to regression equation and adaptive comfort model, the temperature range of thermal comfort under natural ventilation was obtained, and the comfortable temperature point of Jinan under natural ventilation was obtained at 28.3 鈩,
