基于RFID技術(shù)的會展信息管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著微電子技術(shù)和半導(dǎo)體技術(shù)的發(fā)展,RFID技術(shù)有效地突破了原有的技術(shù)約束和成本瓶頸,開始應(yīng)用于各個(gè)行業(yè)領(lǐng)域中,逐漸形成了一些比較成熟的技術(shù)解決方案。當(dāng)面對人流量巨大、客戶需求多樣化的情況,傳統(tǒng)的會展管理模式必然會受到嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。如何高效快捷地對入館人員進(jìn)行身份認(rèn)證?如何實(shí)時(shí)掌握在館人員流動的動態(tài)信息,并對其進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析?如何快速準(zhǔn)確地篩選出符合條件的在館人員,并提供個(gè)性化服務(wù)?基于RFID技術(shù)的會展信息管理系統(tǒng)是解決以上問題,并進(jìn)行人流引導(dǎo)和信息傳達(dá)最有效的途徑之一 本文首先對RFID技術(shù)的工作原理、技術(shù)特點(diǎn)及其在各行業(yè)的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了介紹,然后分析了會展信息管理系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)需求,確定了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)原則,并對會展信息管理系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)圖和具體功能模塊進(jìn)行了分析與設(shè)計(jì)。在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)環(huán)節(jié),本文從硬件系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和軟件系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)兩方面著手,重點(diǎn)對硬件網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)鋱D、軟件結(jié)構(gòu)體系圖進(jìn)行分析和設(shè)計(jì),并對硬件和軟件開發(fā)環(huán)境進(jìn)行了配置。鑒于本文的重點(diǎn)在軟件系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)上,系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的章節(jié)分別對數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)和用戶管理模塊、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析模塊等模塊進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)地介紹。最后對該系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了多方面的性能測試,并給出測試報(bào)告。通過對比測試結(jié)果和當(dāng)初的設(shè)計(jì)要求,最終結(jié)論是本系統(tǒng)不僅能完全滿足會展單位的需求,而且有些方面的性能甚至超過當(dāng)初的設(shè)計(jì)要求。 本會展信息管理系統(tǒng)在成都市新會展中心投入運(yùn)營后,不僅為新會展中心帶來了可觀的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益,而且以高質(zhì)量的專業(yè)服務(wù)贏得了良好的對外形象。同時(shí),本次運(yùn)營也進(jìn)一步體現(xiàn)了會展信息管理系統(tǒng)在會展管理中的優(yōu)勢,為系統(tǒng)的推廣與深度開發(fā)打下良好基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the development of microelectronics and semiconductor technology RFID technology has effectively broken through the original technical constraints and cost bottlenecks began to be applied in various industries gradually formed some more mature technical solutions. Faced with the huge flow of people and diversified customer needs, the traditional convention and exhibition management model will inevitably be severely challenged. How to efficiently and quickly authenticate the personnel entering the library? How to grasp the dynamic information of the movement of people in the library in real time and make statistics and analysis of the data? How to quickly and accurately screen qualified personnel in the library and provide personalized services? The exhibition information management system based on RFID technology is one of the most effective ways to solve the above problems and guide the flow of people and convey information. This paper first introduces the working principle, technical characteristics and application status of RFID technology in various industries, then analyzes the business requirements of the exhibition information management system, and determines the design principles of the system. The system architecture, network structure diagram and specific function module of exhibition information management system are analyzed and designed. In the part of system design, this paper analyzes and designs the hardware network topology diagram and the software structure system diagram from two aspects of hardware system design and software system design, and configures the hardware and software development environment. In view of the emphasis of this paper on the design and development of software system, the chapter of the system design introduces the database system, user management module, statistical analysis module and other modules in detail. Finally, the performance of the system is tested in many aspects, and the test report is given. By comparing the test results with the original design requirements, the final conclusion is that the system can not only fully meet the requirements of the exhibition units, but also some aspects of the performance even more than the original design requirements. The new exhibition information management system has not only brought considerable economic benefits to the new exhibition center, but also won a good external image with high quality professional service after it was put into operation in Chengdu New Convention and Exhibition Center. At the same time, this operation also further embodies the advantages of the exhibition information management system in the exhibition management, and lays a good foundation for the promotion and deep development of the system.
