【摘要】：在城市化進程突飛猛進的今天，隨著人們生活方式的改變和生活壓力的逐漸加大，，人們越來越重視娛樂休閑，而傳統(tǒng)的休閑娛樂由于其本身的局限性逐漸式微。相對于傳統(tǒng)的休閑娛樂，集城市休閑、娛樂、展覽、文化傳播等多種功能為一體的主題公園更能滿足現(xiàn)在人們的心理需求。 隨著我國汽車工業(yè)的快速發(fā)展，我國居民家庭汽車保有量持續(xù)增加，摩托車和汽車運動越來越普及，為我國汽車主題公園的發(fā)展提供了廣闊的空間。汽車主題公園作為主題公園中的一種具體類型，從設(shè)計、建設(shè)、運營等多個方面體現(xiàn)主題特色、增強游人的體驗感、樹立品牌形象，打造新的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈價值體系等都是開發(fā)管理中需要探討的方面。本文以河北霸州汽車文化產(chǎn)業(yè)園作為案例，對其汽車主題公園的開發(fā)管理進行相關(guān)研究，以求為我國汽車主題公園的開發(fā)規(guī)劃提供新的視角。 本文主要分為五個部分。第一部分：引言。主要闡述了文章的選題背景和研究意義，以及主題公園的相關(guān)概念和功能，并簡要介紹了汽車主題公園的相關(guān)理論和發(fā)展概況。第二部分：這一部分主要分析了主題公園開發(fā)的相關(guān)影響因素，分為內(nèi)部因素和外部因素來討論。第三部分：從項目介紹、規(guī)劃方案、投資估算、效益分析等七個方面具體介紹了河北霸州汽車文化產(chǎn)業(yè)園項目開發(fā)規(guī)劃。第四部分：主要介紹了汽車主題公園的多維度項目開發(fā)管理過程，涉及到管理過程、資源集成、生命周期、品牌建設(shè)四個方面。第五部分：結(jié)論部分。對全文進行總結(jié)，綜述了河北霸州汽車文化產(chǎn)業(yè)園作為汽車主題公園進行相關(guān)的開發(fā)管理研究，并且指出了本文研究的不足，最后對我國汽車主題公園的開發(fā)運營提出了新的展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization, with the change of people's life style and the increasing pressure of life, people pay more and more attention to entertainment and leisure, and the traditional leisure and entertainment gradually decline because of its limitations. Compared with the traditional leisure and entertainment, the theme park which integrates the functions of urban leisure, entertainment, exhibition, cultural communication and so on can meet the psychological needs of people today. With the rapid development of China's automobile industry, the number of household cars in our country continues to increase, and motorcycles and motor sports become more and more popular, which provides a broad space for the development of automobile theme parks in China. Automobile theme park as a specific type of theme park, from design, construction, operation and other aspects of the theme features, enhance the experience of visitors, establish a brand image, It is necessary to explore the value system of new industry chain. This paper takes Bazhou Automobile Culture Industrial Park in Hebei Province as a case to study the development and management of its automobile theme park in order to provide a new perspective for the development and planning of automobile theme park in China. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part: introduction. This paper mainly describes the background and significance of the topic selection, as well as the related concepts and functions of the theme park, and briefly introduces the related theory and development of the automobile theme park. Part II: this part mainly analyzes the related factors of theme park development, divided into internal factors and external factors to discuss. The third part: from the project introduction, the plan, the investment estimate, the benefit analysis and so on seven aspects has introduced the Hebei Bazhou automobile culture industry park project development plan. The fourth part mainly introduces the multi-dimensional project development and management process of automobile theme park, which involves four aspects: management process, resource integration, life cycle and brand building. Part V: conclusion. This paper summarizes the whole paper, summarizes the research on the development and management of Bazhou Automobile Culture Industrial Park as an automobile theme park, and points out the deficiency of this paper. Finally, a new prospect for the development and operation of automobile theme park in China is put forward.
